The laptop battery I purchased was more expensive than quite a few others, but the battery is by far superior to the others for its extended life and length of charge. This is the battery to buy if you truly want a good, sure fit, long lasting battery for your laptop or other device. They also ensure it's the right one and actually follow up to be sure there are no problems.
I purchased a laptop battery from them back in early November. Literally emailed them the day after I got it (dated Nov 15th) to say I don't need it and would like to return it. I waited a week then called and got a voicemail (really?). Left a voicemail. No response on either accounts. I have several laptops at various stages of life and when they need a battery in the future, I won't be going to this company again.

When I ordered it the website stated it was being shipped standard and might take time very happily surprised when battery arrived within days. Vacuum working great once again.

I had trouble identifying the proper battery for my laptop, but a few e-mails later, I had the correct battery ordered along with several tool batteries. I received the package much quicker than expected for free shipping. It has been a good experience!

Areas for information entry vague and poorly defined. Shipping was not free and the options for shipper were very limited. When the order was finished there was a major delay in completing the order which lead me to suspect there may be duplicate orders but time will tell. This is not a site I will be using or recommending in the future. I have seen lemonade stands with more organization.

Please double check your site order steps. There was a small pop up to enter credit card and address details, after which there was a full screen seeking the same. I am not sure why I had to enter the details (credit card and address) twice.
New laptop battery was a perfect match. Restored my ACER Swift 7 to normal.

When checking out, the "state" field didn't change when I selected "Canada" as the country. Very frustrating as it didn't allow me to select a Canadian Province but limited me only to USA states.

My only complaint is that I have an HP Dv7 laptop but could not find which of the many Dv7s I have. I finally found the right battery by searching by the battery replacement number. It would have been easier if there was a place on the HP battery number page or an option on the main HP page to input and search the number directly and not have to go to the general search.
