Off-brand small business so beware of buying from them! If you are 100% sure you'll love the item & not need to return it - buy from them. But our experience - shoes were way too small - after a 3-week email exchange, they said no. After hearing a different story as to why the "no" over the 3 weeks - it was still a no. Despite their policy stated. These types of off-brand store experiences sadly keep us buying from the big chain stores.

Excellent customer service! I had ordered a backpack which was a pre order, then a while later saw another one I liked more. I thought I would message them and ask if they can switch the order, I was hesitant because other companies usually wouldn't especially on a pre order. I got a message right back with a "sure not a problem" the next day my backpack was shipped and a day after that I received it. I have quite a large collection of loungefly backpacks and have bought from many different shops, but this is by far my best experience. Side note: Vincent is extremely polite and has great customer service skills

DO NOT BUY FROM LASR/LA Style Rush! They claim to not exchanges (via email correspondence) which it doesn't say anything about no exchanges and even mentions returns/exchanges. They only give 14 days to return things, but that is 14 days from day of purchase! So if there are ANY delays you are screwed. The site says worn or damaged items may be subjected to a 10% restock fee. I was told in the email I would be charged the fee even though it is unworn, undamaged, non-sale, no promos used, and Still has all tags if I return something. My items were simply the wrong size. And they do not cover shipping to return AND will charge you the shipping from when they sent your items if they were doing free shipping when you originally ordered. These people are trash and they want to make sure you are stuck with what you get from them.

I ordered from LASR on Jan 14,2021. I received a text message confirmation that same day. I had a blonde moment, I did not know about the text message until later. I emailed customer service regarding my order because I thought I didn't get confirmation and they gave amazing customer service and sent me the details of my order. So they are reliable on giving order confirmation and contacting customer service, they were on it and reliable. My shipping label was made the next day, with tracking. I received my order on Jan 19,2021. So surprised how fast my bag came in! I love my experience with this company. My bag came in good condition, love the packaging. First time buyer and won't be my last.

Have used this site twice to get my wife a Disney purse. She loved them. Site has great selection with awesome prices. Shipping is super fast got items in a day! Highly recommended
