I have been using this product for a little over two weeks now, and this is my opinion about it so far: It is very easy to take! I usually have trouble swallowing pills, but these are small enough and shaped so that they slide down without a problem. I believe I am starting to have a little more energy, so I am encouraged to keep taking them with hopes that I will also see the extra fat around my waist go away as well.

You have to take this product over a long period to see results, in my opinion. My wife strongly believes that I have lost quite a bit of my "turkey wattle" over the last year, something that I have had for a long time. You do not lose turkey wattle without surgery, so I believe that the only possible explanation is Active Stem. I only gave a good review instead of excellent because of the taste. They have Active Stem in pill form, but it does not have all of the ingredients of the powder, so I stick with the powder. I can't guarantee how it will work for others, but I will continue to use it. I'm 70.

I've been taking ACTIVE PK every morning for exactly 30 days now. I don't have any side effects and zero jitters but increased energy. I'm not dropping weight at a crazy pace but definitely feeling smaller. I'm actually glad that this is not a drastic, "miracle" weight loss pill. I think those products are gimmicks that are not sustainable. This is more of just a health supplement. Those "quick fixes" are not what I was after so I'm happy with the product this far. I generally just feel healthier. I'll definitely keep using it ACTIVE PK!

As an active 53 year old I occasionally look for products that could give me an edge. AM-PK seemed like a logical approach, and good timing to start the year right after the holidays. During the month of January 2021, I was pursuing a long-term weight-loss goal, while engaging in all three of my favorite sports - basketball, golf, and skiing. AM-PK has helped with peak performance in all three sports. In basketball, I have seen the looks, and heard the whispers, "what's gotten into him?" I have lost 10 lbs, on my way to a 5 month goal to lose 30. Still have work to do, but this product has helped!

Life changes have allowed me to improve focus on my health. My top priority was to reduce my 'beer belly'. I was very athletic at one time, so I have the muscular assets to burn the fat. The only area my body stores significant fat is internal... I am happy to say I have lost 10 pounds so far after a few months without a huge increase in excersize. LCR ACTIVE-PK has helped target my fat stores, and provides me sustained energy to go for a bike ride or hike in the afternoons when the workday is over.

I have been taking the Active Stem powder religiously for 3 months and have noticed a steady boost in energy, memory and endurance with no negative side effects. Have been taking Telogenesis for about 2 weeks. I am 67 and have Sleep Apnea that I am in the process of getting that under control. I seem to have more energy at the gym and in the afternoon depending on the intensity of my workouts. I am getting ready for fall elk hunting so some workouts are more intense than others. Heavy days require a midmorning power nap to re-energize but there seems to be more energy available in the afternoons since taking Telogenesis. It will be interesting to see what happens when I can get a full rest full nights sleep. I hope to eliminate those morning naps and not feel tired all the time!

I ordered Active-PK because it is designed to address deep visceral fat, something I have to deal with. I started taking it and my wife noticed the effect. I experienced no side effects or problems at all. I try to avoid anything that elevates my blood pressure, I also am pre-diabetic. My weight dropped, my blood pressure was sable and my blood sugar was stable. Most important, my belly diminished and I dropped a few waist sizes in my pants. I hope to continue this success into the future.

I was skeptical, but the literature on Active PK seemed sound and I was really needing some energy support. 2020 was an extremely challenging year (for all of us) and I had fallen into bad habits, eating garbage food and becoming very sedentary and depressed. I needed to get back to eating clean, no processed food, sugar, alcohol, bread, grains, etc and walking 3 miles a day. The spirit was willing but the flesh was weak. I had no energy and a lot of brain fog. From the very first day taking Active PK I had enough energy to take my 3 mile walk in the morning and work on projects like emptying my storage, putting items up for sale, starting a garden and working all day. Before Active PK I was napping about 3 hours a day because I couldn't stay asleep all night. Now I sleep from 9-5 soundly, all the way thru the night. As always skeptical of new product, but after a couple months and loosing 25 pounds and still slowly and steadily loosing I'm happy, more energetic, and thrilled to tell all about this miraculous product. At 65 it's difficult to loose weight and have enough energy to be active enough to make a difference. But...

Noticed my appetite is less, get full with smaller portions. Also feel like i'm losing some weight not fast but do feel a difference. Had a doctors visit and was down about eight pounds. All in all I am noticing small changes. Don't have photos or proof of purchase. Only ordered three bottles to see if this product did work. I am going to order more and also send my son a few bottles. Worried about his health.

Of course I didn't feel much difference at first but now after over two weeks of taking it... my clothes fits differently. Much better. I have not gone in the scale yet because I don't think it's going show the difference. But I love it so far! And... it controls my appetite so well through out the day...

I just started Telogenesis last month, but already have noticed s.ome positive effects. I have noticed that I seem to heal more quickly from blood draw bruises and my skin seems to be much less dry that before.
I am 72 years young and just started a new job, I seem to have more stamina as well. Telogenesis is definitely worth a try,

I've tried numerous products to help with my overall health and metabolism. Losing weight was part of my concern as the little belly was starting to arrive at age 48. In 6 weeks I have felt better and more energetic and have lost about 16 lbs! I haven't really changed much in my daily routine but when I wake up I immediately take the Active PK and go about my day. I don't have the weird hungers and can go with breakfast and then dinner without having to each lunch. I'm really impressed and think I'll hit my weight goal of 175 really soon. I went down from 196 to 181 already.

I am a fellow Regenerative Medicine physician and D. O who decided to try Active PK. I have a high tech scale that can measure internal abdominal fat as well as overall fat, lean muscle mass and water content. While I could always loose weight easily by increasing activity and watching what I eat, I could never get the internal fat number to budge much until I started the Active PK. For the readers, the internal fat is what is thought to increase your risk of diabetes, heart attacks, strokes and other serious medical problems. That number is now into the healthy range. I do seem to have more energy in spite of eating less and as I am not really hungry, it is easy to stay on a reduced calorie diet. Great Product. Dr. J.

I used Celebrex until I found this product (active stem) it took away the pain after a few days. I have recommended this to friends.

I am a seasoned lady and it feels good to stay somewhat active most of the day.

I have been taking active pk for about four weeks now, in addition to taking active pk I also changed my diet to significantly reduce my sugar and carbs. Taking two pills each morning has definitely seemed to not only given me more energy throughout the day but help me with my appetite. In the four weeks I have lost 19 pounds.

The product seems to eliminate some of the side effects that most other manufactures have with their products, this is a benefit for me.

I want this and thought of others to help as well, so since I started with Active PK, I'm noticing my stomach is lean and am feeling well. (6 days left in first bottle!)
