Life Extension

Good site for overall knowledge about anti-aging medicine and they do carry a wide range of supplements. I personally haven't used their supplements before but I have heard good things about this company from other anti-aging doctors. Their magazine is also worthwhile reading if you decide to get that subscription.

Nearly every product I have tried from this company produces no results. Most recently, I tried their Benfotiamine when I couldn't get my preferred brand and all that it did is confirm for me that the brand I had been taking was performing exceptionally well and the Life Extension product was doing absolutely nothing. I had always suspected this but now I'm convinced. I won't buy their products again. Its also hard to find any information about their products from outside sources - they know well how to monopolize search engine results. Just another company with no integrity.

LE supplements are a great value. The supplements are clearly researched and affordably priced for the quality of ingredients. If you have questions, they have staff available to answer them. I just recently used the lab work packages and the savings were phenomenal when using the annual sale. Even without the sale I would have saved hundreds of dollars! The work is performed by a major lab company so getting the blood draw is not an issue.

I would highly recommend Life Extension.

The Life Extension company should be called "Life Reduction" due to the maltodextrin content in many of its supplements. Maltodextrin causes diabetes and destroys the gut microbiome, predisposing people to Salmonella poisoning and other intestinal bacterial infections. Maltodextrin causes blood sugar spikes much more than regular table sugar. I found maltodextrin was in at least 18 of the Life Extension supplements that I bought, raising my HgA1c significantly and putting me in the hospital with a severe Salmonella infection. I have not consumed sugar in 30 years, so it was clearly the maltodextrin that did that. Elevating your blood sugar with maltodextrin puts you at risk for ANY infection, including COVID.

I am a 91-year-old man who had 4 sibling brothers who all died in their sixties or early seventies. I have used Life Extension products for twenty-five plus years and am told by my doctors that I am in excellent health. I plan to live to be well over 100 and attribute my good health, in good part, to Life Extension. I have also acquired a very good knowledge of how to stay healthy by reading the monthly magazine published by Life Extension.

I'm loss for words of how this company treated me and insulted me. What was a normal supplement purchase turned into me getting treated like a criminal and credit card defrauder. They we're running promotion for 15% off od 75$ and I was gonna cross 150 so I was like instead of getting discount on half of my order I can do it on the whole order by splitting it into 2. So I made 2 accounts. They put my second order on hold until I called them and verify my identity and card and all the details that I already put in.I did. They put me on hold for 10 mins to investigate, don't know if they were calling Fbi or what but finally they said they were able to verify everything. Than he said I see you have 2 accounts so I'm going to merge them in one because you are not allowed to have 2 accounts. I said how do you know I have 2 accounts. He said well it's the same name. I said there's plenty of people with same name in this country and what is the problem is it illegal or something to have 2 accounts because I did not see anywhere on the website that says that. He said you are talking to me so I AM TELLING YOU NOW. I'm like are you the fbi or something, than change my name if you can't have 2 accounts with same name, he said no I can't. I was like are you going to ship me my supplements or not because I can just cancel and place another order under another name and you'll never know it's me or just never even order from you again like I don't get what's the problem I'm being interrogated for not reason l, no website ever does that and I've never been treated like that ever. He said it's for my protection because there are a lot of scams out there. I was like so you are calling me a scammer. You think that I put my name and address just to committing a fraud and go to jail over a supplement like let's be real I don't think credit card defrauders are into supplements and that was just absurd and insulting to say to a customer especially without any proof. I spoke with a manager so never even apologized, he continued treating me like a criminal and justifying the other guy. I told them they'll regret wrongly accusing a potential loyal lifelong customer because I get a lot of supplements but they did not care. On top of everything they changed my account name to a GIRLFRIEND cuz I told them by boyfriend was buying me the supplements witch is so disrespectful instead of my name witch was there after telling me they can't change the name. This company is garbage and I'm so shocked I got to experience that I would never like to give them any business in my life even if my life depended on it

Purchased NAC and it has a bad smell. Asked to send product back for another product as it is either a bad product or defected. Was told no. Was going to send the bottle back for replacement. Will never do business with them. At the end of the day many have the same product and all a company had is there level of customer service. Go with Source of Life vitamins. Source of Life has reputable manufacturing in USA AND they have always had excellent customer service. The only reason I went to Life Extension is because my uncle told me about them. My uncle said he is going to Source of Life now. All for a 9 dollar bottle. Penny wise. Pound foolish.

Life Extension is the only vitamin, supplement, skin care product I know that regularly publishes the science and research behind subjects like health regularly but also how their products are founded on scientific research and development principles. Everything I've tried from them is backed by science. Products are shipped well packaged. Another strong reason I prefer LE is that everything you need can be found on a single, well organized website. You owe it to yourself to at least visit their website. Unlike other online "distribution centers", the LE website doesn't list a thousand products, just the ones they sell and the ones I like. This company is in it for the long haul. Occasionally a product name will change but usually because its formulation has been improved and the product has been given a new name. I also highly recommend their skin care and anti-aging products. They use additives like hyaluronic acid and retinol but keep the cost manageable so you can afford to use them for the long term.

They have good customer service, offer free wellness advice, and have a good return policy! Can't complain.

After years of being on medications for BPH, I decided to try an alternate route. Research led me to Ultra Prostate Formula from LifeExtensions. It worked as well as the meds, but without the side effects. BUT...But...But... I had to stop using it because the softgels often leaked, leaving me with a bottle full of oily mess. I read an article to help brain and blood circulation so I wanted to purchase it. It's called NitroVasc Boost (Berry) CA, 30 stick pack. AFTER I purchased it a warning came up that there is lead in it. NOT GOOD. They should not put that in and at least tell me before I purchase it.

Dubious marketing standards always trying to sell you something. A few years ago they stated metformin was bad then they write an article stating that everyone even healthy people should consider taking this dangerous drug.

Their supplements are full of bad additives and they pose as nice non profit organization to give you the impression that they are not after your money.

I don't mind them making money but when they say A then go to claim B is better and put substances in their products they know are not good it makes you wonder.

According to them i have every ailment under the sun and I should be dead. I took the blood panel test several times, after speaking to the doctors and tabulating the cost of all the supplements I had to buy, i decided I would be better of taking a vacation to Vietnam, which i did and i lost weight, felt better and did not have to swallow a dozen tablets. Don't get me wrong i don't mind buying supplements but their magazine comes up with some new crap every month and their supplements are full with fillers and they are not the cheapest.

Last of all several years ago they stated Metaformin was bad for health, then they run several pages stating its the best thing since white bread and that even healthy people could benefit from it. Now that was the final nail on the coffin for me, a supplement company promoting a diabetic drug that is far from good.
