I had went to another site because it was a tad cheaper but I regret that. They lied that I didn't submit my prescription correctly. So after dealing with them I went to Lens.com. I have ordered from them years ago. I submitted my order on a Tuesday and had my contacts in the same week. I didn't get a bunch of hoopla from them. On their website they said if they have any issues they will call the doctor. That's great!

Lens.com has a website that's very easy to navigate, which makes finding the right contacts easy. Not only this, but they tend to have amazing offers on just about any, and every type of contact.
Once you order, if you can't upload a prescription yourself, they take it upon themselves to contact your eye doctor and verify if. I was impressed with how quickly they do this. Your contacts are delivered to you impressively quick, and that was important to me.
Overall, they definitely deserve a 10/10!

I looked at multiple other sites to buy my contacts at and lens.com was cheaper than 4 other sites I looked at. Every other site was at least $30+ more for my biofinity toric lenses. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to get to Vancouver, Canada but I hadn't received it yet so I contacted customer service. They replied right away and sent me new ones at no cost. Exceptional customer service and cheaper than all the other sites I've been to. Will definitely be buying my contacts from here from now on!

Don't EVER order from Lens.com. First of all they have this rebate program which requires you to cut the boxes apart and takes between 3 and 12 months to receive (what a hassle.) Secondly, they sent me the wrong prescription and because the boxes were cut (for the rebate program) they will not accept them and replace them with my correct lenses. I'm so over it - time to find a new supplier (other places are cheaper anyway.) Avoid this company!😡

I ordered once and got a reasonably priced box of contacts. We I tried to order another box they tried to charge me taxes and fees of 75% of the contacts I was ordering! When I tried to find out from their so called customer service dept why the huge increase I was told that "Everything goes up!". The contacts went up 10 dollars and the fees and taxes added another 75%, almost 100 dollars for a 40 dollar box of lenses! Unacceptable!

The website was down the day I called Lens.com. The representative explained this and ask that I do my order online, which would be quicker. My new prescription had to be resent as the first time, Lens.com was unble to open the file. I did this completed the order with the new prescription and received confirmation they received the order and my new prescription. The contacts arrived quickly. Thanks!

Rebate is a scam. Do not use this company! I ordered in August 2023 the day I received my order I mailed the upc's in. In January 2024 I emailed them that I had not received my rebate. They replied with the system is automated and nothing they can do. Since I mailed the proof of purchase there is no recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It's only cheaper with the rebate that you will never receive!

I had a phone conversation with one of your representatives in regard to the itemized figures on my order.
The representative was helpful in explaining the charges. All this being said, I am very disappointed with the $50 VISA offers you make for placing orders. I placed an order for lens in November 2021 and have not received my VISA card. The representative said everything at Lens is slow because of COVID. On 3/10/22 she said I should receive it the end of this month. Hopefully, she's right.

I had a question about the charges on my Dailies AquaComfort Plus lens on March 10, 2022. The representative was very helpful and I was very satisfied with her explanation.

I was a little worried about using lens.com as some of the reviews were not entirely favorable. They must have changed the way they do business, because I had no issues. My order was easy to place. I saw what I was paying before I finalized the order, and I didn't have to request any sort of rebate. The prices were the best I could find anywhere online. I have sent twice of the rebate forms, they claimed they never received. I have all the proofs and chat transcript. And now they are saying rebates are expired. Lol. No clause are stated about the expiration of rebate when I made the purchase. The company does owe me $160. I am seriously thinking to issue legal letter by my attorney. I have also offered them to just give me credits so I don't have to send the forms again. They rejected. What a joke of this company. They thank me of giving them business. Well, don't thank me, because the money you get from me will gonna pay for the legal cost.

Tip for consumers:
Don't think about getting a rebate from this company successfully. They will say they don't receive your forms even you send out twice. And ultimately they say the rebate has been expired and say sorry to you.

I ordered contacts over a month ago and yet they say it will still be another month before they are even shipped. But they claim to have over 30 million contacts. They false claim and don't have 30 million anything. Its more like they order when you order. Try anybody else first before this lens.com nonsense. You'll be blind all year waiting on this unprofessional company.
