I read some of the negative reviews about this company and decided to take a chance anyway because they had the item I could not find any where else and at a very good price. My transaction was perfect from beginning to end... my item showed up in perfect condition. I will have no problem ordering from Life and Home again.
Ordered a breakable product around Christmas time. Packaging totally inadequate. It took just over 30 days to arrive as it was Christmas time. Product was damaged beyond repair. Customer service response was "you're outside the 30d return window, sorry". Response takes no account of the fact packaging was materially inadequate, shipping (as organised by LifeandHome) took a month to cross the US nor that the high volume Christmas period slows things down. Avoid this company.

*******@lifeandhome.com will resend merchandise that should've been disposed because of Covid-19.2 out of 5 buffing pads was use and this company resend the merchandise to me. I was asked to pay for re-shipping then instead of sending 2 new pads i was asked to pay 10.89 for shipping instead of sending a prepaid UPS label. Bad business don't deserve hard earned money. I am upset with this company
Purchased a over the fence automatic waterer for my horse stall. When it arrived it was only the bucket With the holes in it. No parts to make it a automatic waterer. The price was just a couple of dollars less than other stores. When I contacted them they said they just sell the bucket? That doesn't make sense. No where did it say bucket only or replacement part. They expected me to pay return shipping. The shipping on that size item would cost as much as the purchase price. Very sketchy. I will not do business with them again. I would be cautious when buying from them.
Bought 2 of the same item - canning racks. I deemed them unsafe. Free return is ONLY if defective or damaged. Customer satisfaction is not part of the deal. You just keep receiving an email that if you return it, you are responsible for return shipping even though their ad states "free shipping - free return". Would never recommend this seller.
I ordered a wreath hanger from this company through the Walmart app. I ordered on November 25 and it is now December 8. I have watched this small package of 1 item go thru Ohio, I love in Indiana, when I seen it go to Columbus I thought it would finally make it. Nope it is now in Mississippi! Do not order from this Company if you don't want to wait and wait and wait for a small something!
DIDNT send us what we ordered. Now they won't honor what we ordered a snow blower. Rude, nasty, people

I purchased 3GE reveal 40 W decorative bulbs. After a few days one burned out and when I tried to remove it it broke off so now I have the stem stuck in the housing and I'm afraid to try to get it out. Is this a joke? These bulbs were made in Hungary.
To be honest I was hesitant to place a new order based on the bad reviews. But because of the best price around I decided to give a shot. And I am not disappointed. I received email confirmation as soon as I placed the order. Next day I received a thank you note from one of the co-owners. My order was shipped via FedEx in 3 business days. Also I received another 3 emails when my order was shipped providing me with a tracking number, when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered. Can't wish for a better customer service. All as expected. Keep it up Life and Home. Thanks a lot.
I ordered an item through EBAY which came from LIFEAND HOME--ITEM IS WRONG SO I NEED TO RETURN SO CONTACTED THESE PEOPLE THROUGH PHONE AND EMAIL TO START A RETURN /REFUND PROCESS. I received the planter that I ordered today and two sides were cracked and damaged! I have called customer service and was on hold forever! No one ever picked up!
I give this place 0 stars. Ordered 3 products from the only to get my or cancelled by them. Fair enough but they did not refund my money. They cancelled the order and kept my money. I called customer service and was told off by the Hindu manager there. He said he refunded me but when I looked at my paypal account it showed no refund. I called paypal and they said that this company needs to cancel authorization on my payment and they did not. The Hindu manager called me a liar and to get a 3 way call with paypal. I do not have a 3 way line on my phone. He was rude and ignorant. I still do not have my money and they have my products I ordered. This is a scam company. I should have read all the negative reviews. They steal your money and you will not get any refunds. I cant believe this company is still in business. I am now filing a report with BBB. They are a complete fraud
Unfortunately I did not read reviews before ordering. I requested to cancel an order, they said they couldn't cancel because it had shipped, that was clearly not true. Integrity and honesty is lacking in this company. Order from any other company but not this one.

Order flea trapped. Items came in a couple of days and was 7 dollars cheaper then anyone else. They work perfectly! Will be back to shop there again.
Ordered a bird feeder. Slow shopping. Got it and it vapor locked, so it was useless. Returned it for a refund. They charge you a restocking fee for something that is broke. BUYER BEWARE
I love LeCreuset cookware. I needed a discontinued piece and Life and Home was the only place I could find it in the color I needed. The pan itself is fine. No damage. The factory box that it was shipped in was disgusting. It appeared that it was stored in a dirty garage. It had years of dirt and soot on it. I had to wipe down the box before I could wrap it for a Christmas present. The pan itself appeared to be a floor model somewhere many years ago. The LeCreuset label on the front of the pan showed wear. I wrote a review on their website. They never posted it. Guess I'm not surprised. That will be my first and last purchase from them. Buyer Beware.
I ordered through Walmart a small fence. I received it and I wanted the fencing to have smaller holes and wanted to return. They said I had to pay for return shipping and insure and I could not return to Walmart. Very poor practice in my opinion.
Overpriced and when I wanted to cancel order they wouldn't and told me I will have to pay for shipping to return it which would be close to the overpriced cost. I could have gotten item under $40 ended up costing me over 50
So I spent a couple hours deciding things to buy to get free shipping over $35. After my cart was complete and all items were eligible for free shipping... the site says my shipping fee was $50. I contacted customer service and instead of honoring the price, they changed the item that was marked incorrectly online to "sold out." If that is the best you can do for customers, no wonder there are such bad ratings.
One of the four solar disk lights did not work. I called James in customer service and explained the situation. He quickly resolved the problem and a new box will be shipped soon. I'll write later as soon as my front walk is lighted again.

We ordered four exterior GE light bulbs and two of them didn't work. One arrived broken and one had been used and repackaged. I requested a replacement but they would only offer a credit and said that I would need to order from another vendor as if questioning my integrity after I supplied them with photo evidence. Now I have four outside lights and only two bulbs. What a hassle. They are obviously not serious about customer service and Google Express. A joke, really

I ordered a 43 lb bag (15,000 sq ft) of Weed and Feed from Walmart. The item was shipped by Life and Farm instead and what came was the 15 lb bag (5,000 sq ft). I was charged $40.43 for a bag that I could buy anywhere for $21.59. They said that there wasn't anything they could do. I suppose I should have known something was up when it was approx. $10+/- cheaper than other stores but I just thought it was on sale. Rip off!
I made a purchase totaling $57 through the Sears website. Item was shipped from Life and Home. It was not what I believed I was purchasing, so I tried to return it. The shipping to return it was going to cost $56. I've never purchased something online that didn't have free shipping on the return. Otherwise why would anyone take the risk of buying online? We are just spoiled by amazing companies like Amazon. Life and Home responded with this statement "There will be NO restocking fees deductions but, shipping charges will NOT be refunded nor, we can issue you a label." Felt like they were rude, didn't care at all. Will never use them again and recommend no one else use them.
Wish I did the research before. I ordered plant rail brackets on Overstock - welds incomplete and the bracket screws weren't even as long as the brackets depth and didn't include nuts to secure them. Because I didn't try to assemble for 30 days, they basically said "sucker" and wouldn't consider a return due to their 30 day return policy. Made no attempt to right their quality wrong with screws/nuts. Zero quality and customer service
