Nice quality & priced reasonably. This is my second treadmill from LifeSpan & both have work flawlessly.

My $1700 treadmill quit working after 3 months.

Customer service is only via chatbot and e-mail - no live agents.

Paid= $350 for top of the line installation package and was told that the premium package did NOT include lubricating the machine before use, which is required.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

This company does not care about its customers.

Had bike for 1.5 years, broke at least half of that time. Three repair tech visits, would work for a month and another problem happens. Loud squealing and various error messages. Tech support from Lifespan does not return emails or phone calls. Horrible experience.

BUYER BEWARE - spent a lot of money on a treadmill purchase and straight from the box there was a wire cut and, thus, the treadmill does not work. Customer service is sending a wire for the repair of this allegedly new treadmill that I spent a lot of money for and then when the part arrives only then will they send someone to home to repair my allegedly brand new treadmill, and God only knows how long that will take. As you can tell I am very very dissatisfied with what has occurred here. And even worse is the fact that I've asked numerous times to speak with a manger because I believe I should receive a reimbursement of some of money because of the inconvenience of not being able to use my allegedly brand new treadmill! I use the word allegedly because I find it very hard to believe that this treadmill came from the manufacture with the main wire cut. Thus, I'm lead to believe that this is a product that was repackaged by LifeSpan. What a rip-off if this is the case because why should I pay full price for someone else's junk? I paid for a new treadmill, not a broken and certainly not used one.

I really like this treadmill. There are many alternatives on Amazon, but I don't find them as good quality as this one from Lifespan. I use it at home when I work, especially during those meetings where it's mandatory for me to be there and all I need to do is listen. I find that it's like you're getting paid to exercise.

One important thing is to make sure to use lubricant every 2 weeks to ensure everything's gliding. I have used this for so many hours and I definitely recommend it!

I bought a 180cm standing desk from them and it came with the leg broken. They refuse to send a replacement or to refund my money. I had to chargeback with my card and lodge a case with ACCC. Very dishonest company. Go on youtube and search for "Lifespan Fitness Standing Desk problem"

Have you been scammed by fake websites, and don't know what to do or who to turn to for help? I have also been a victim of fake website my scammers. Affliz@ Tutanota,. Com,. They were so helpful FTC was able to trace theirs fake website. They are true masters of dealing with all type of websites. Fake Shopping website,Fake pet website, fake shipping, fake farming machinery websites Etc...

This treadmill is junk. Just over a year since I've had it. I walk 0.4 miles per hour. Maybe use it 3-4 hrs or less per day. The moter started sparking and needs to be replaced.
I could live with that only there is no way of reaching the company. They use bots and no live calls. I've punched in 'replacement parts', 'service' and the bot response is ….am I looking for advice for moving armrests. Zero support.
Right now, having attempted to contact the company multiple times to find there is absolutely no tech support, or support for replacement parts, it looks like I'll be junking the treadmill.
What a con this company is. They do a great job on their own reviews but the product is rubbish. Maybe right out of the packaging it looks amazing. I thought so too. But avoid this product as you may well live to regret it as I do. So much money wasted.

Constant issues since receiving the product, no one responds to emails, wish I had gone with a different company for such an expensive machine.

Purchased treadmill 2 years ago. Started to speed up randomly when using at any speed. Contacted Lifespan several times with no answers back.

I would rate lower, if possible. The treadmill purchased was a birthday present. It was delivered via the White Glove delivery offered. Once the machine was connected, there was a buzzing noise and it failed to operate. The delivery technicians found a burned wire. Once I successfully contacted LifeSpan's customer service, which was not easy, they had a part shipped and had service scheduled. Another technician came and found, after installation of the replacement part, the motor has some malfunction. LifeSpan refuses to replace the equipment, on which I have never been able to take a single step, and is asking me to give it the error code now displayed on the machine. I do NOT recommend a purchase from this company. An expensive treadmill that is a complete lemon and faced with customer service not interested in replacing.

LifeSpan Fitness is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. Their customer support consists of an IM portal on their website that will feed you vague answers and outright lies. I made the mistake of ordering their 'white glove service' where they deliver the treadmill desk and then move it into your home and assemble it on any floor. SAIA, the shipper they used does not offer that service and only agreed to put it in my garage since it was raining (usually they stop at the driveway). The scam artists at LifeSpan Fitness then said Mercury Fitness would do the installation. When I spoke with Mercury Fitness, they let me know they never over to move any equipment in customer's homes for liability reasons and would only assemble it where is was placed in the garage. LifeSpan Fitness acts like this is a surprise to them and then tries to assign you to another provider that also doesn't provide that service at all. LifeSpan Fitness did not deliver what I paid them for and my bank and attorney will be sorting the rest of this out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The Customer Service is really bad. I've had tried using my treadmill and I get a error. I have tried to contact Customer Service by phone and all it tells you to leave a message and they will get back to you. They have never goteen back with me. I've even chat with the automated robot and they are no help. I wouldn't waste your money on this.

Order got delayed over two months. Kept promising it was just days away... then kept delaying fuether

The last time I bought a treadmill It was a nightmare.At rebel sport I was overcharged & I was given poor customer service. I was also talked to by surly & disgruntled staff when I asked questions regarding their sporting equipment.It almost put me off fitness... Then I came across Lifespan fitness In Campbellfield. They were only too happy to help me select a treadmill that suited me, they had a great selection & they had facilities to let me try out the ones I liked. Then when I made my purchase decision their warehouse staff were equally as helpful as the office crew & before I knew It I had my treadmill at home & set up. I'll never shop anywhere else for sporting goods from now on

I am not reviewing the entire company life span fitness but rather just their treadmill desk. It simply works so well to live a healthy lifestyle I cannot recommend this enough. Stop the expensive gym membership, forget the atkins diet, just get a treadmill desk and you will be healthier. I would recommend the one with the adjustable height. I know it cost $1000 more but I think if this is something to be used daily you would want the extra comfort.
