Honestly, I've been in the lighting and electrical supplies industry for over 3 decades now and this place always treats me well. There are some supply chain shortages that can be troubling sometimes, but it all works. Just really enjoy working with Lightingandsupplies.com
I recently purchased an under cabinet puck light set for a client from Lighting and Supplies. The set was advertised on their website. The following day they write to say they don't have it in stock and stated they will refund the amount I paid. A week and a half later, they sent another email saying they changed the status of my order to refunded. Only, they hadn't sent the refund. Thankfully I paid using PayPal. I tried reaching out to them after 4weeks and still not refund. When I escalated to PayPal, they were able to secure a refund in week 6. With the technology at our disposal there is no excuse for customer service this poor. From start to finish, my experience with Lighting and Supplies was bad. I do not recommend.

Tip for consumers:
They have coupons if you search for them. It's also a lot easier to use their website chat or just pick up the phone. They provide me with quotes and estimates all the time for my projects.

Our company develops multifamily communities and due to supply chain issues, we were in a scramble to find light fixtures. They said they could fulfill the order within in a week and offer free shipping on our large order. I was a bit skeptical as this sounded too good to be true but due to the bind we were in, we took a leap of faith with Lighting and Supplies. Matt McFarlin was the sales manager that guided us through the order process and his communication throughout the entire experience was exemplary. From the initial estimate to the delivery of the products, Matt provided updates and answers to any questions we had along the way. Based on our experience with this company, we strongly recommend them for your light fixture needs.

Excellent service above and beyond. Plus competitive pricing along with quick delivery puts this business at the top of my list for light fixtures and electrical supplies.
After being a customer for 4-years now, I have never had any issues that weren't solveable. These guys provide a lot of comfort and I highly suggest others go to them for large lighting projects.
