I emailed them and they sent me links to measure the correct size for me. They kept me updated with the progress throughout the process. I cannot say enough about how great it is to deal with this website. Plenty of reasonably priced clothing to choose from and the website is easy to negotiate. If I could, they would get more stars. Amazing internet experience. I had some confusion with my order, but customer service was friendly, fast, and a comfortable process. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. I'm a high-quality snob so I hate shopping online because you never know what you're going to get. However, my dress did not disappoint. I recommend this online boutique to anyone.

Great assortment, great prices, mixed review on quality... some great, some not so much. I received no order confirmation and no information regarding my purchase until I reached out to the seller and then I was skeptical due to apparent inaccuracies on what was available and what was not. After reading reviews of many never receiving merchandise, I ended up disputing the charge and then received the items@ 2 weeks later.

Ordered a Large size T-shirt. When it arrived it barely fit was way to small to be a Large size by American Size charts. Requested to return it for an Extra-Large. Lillicloth advised they would send me return instructions. Instead, got an E-mail saying they would refund me 15% of the total cost of the T-shirt which amounted to $5.14. I paid over $27.00 for the T-shirt including shipping. Done doing business with these crooks.

Basically they sell you a product that does not fit correctly, then instead of returning the product they offer you a 15% refund which amounts to a very small amount of money. There are T-shirt Companies here in America that can produce a similar product that is excellent quality and fits correctly based on your size for a fair price.

It was the perfect gift for my Brother in law! He really got a laugh out of it!

I realize the time frame for delivery (4 weeks) is certainly not unreasonable since, the product is coming from so far away (I'm in Canada). I was totally thrilled with the sizing; fit; quality and feel of all the shirts I ordered. I really appreciated the Tote Bag (which I'm assuming was a gift with purchase) - nice touch!

I really liked ordering in this online clothing store, the blouse has arrived with its labels, the correct color and size, they gave me a nice belt, it is also of good quality

I love the products, but you need to organize your styles better, as in just show T shirts, and not mix all other kinds of different tops with them. I would suggest you have a page of all the styles, and then have a page for all the different sayings and funny stuff. It would make selecting a whole lot easier.

There are many different shirts with neat sayings on them. I have ordered quite a few over the last several years and haven't had any problems. There was a misunderstanding reference the shipping on my last order and customer service responded back quickly to help me understand.

If I'm spending over $100, I should be able to use some discount codes or get better shipping rates. When you send a discount code that says for EVERYTHING, then make sure it is not just on certain items. That discourages me from large orders in the future. For the most part, happy with the items received. Shipping was fast, no issues there.

I remember when clothes were manufactured in the United States and the dyes were crisp. That rarely happens anymore. The clothes I bought do fit except for two items of 4. I just want to exchange but there is no easy way to do that.
I sent an email to their customer service on Saturday, September 4. It is now September 7. Because of the holiday I hope to hear from them by Thursday, September 9. I believe that that is reasonable.

Have not received any response yet, waiting a week before I contact again.
