“Ordered a vest 7/13, confirmed shipping address 7/15,...”

Ordered a vest 7/13, confirmed shipping address 7/15, vest shipped 7/21 was suppose to be delivered 7/23, it was returned for missing suite on address. Emailed them 7/24 letting them know and ask about how I setup for return shipment, no answer, emailed again on 7/25 asking again about reshipment and please respond, no answer. Called 7/26 go M. Mills told him the situation said it was my fault and I told him look at his emails, I replied on the email I sent him my shipping address and he had left off the suite#, so he said he would send out another one. 8/1 tracked the package delivered and signed for by M. Mills, so I sent the tracking number in an email and said since I haven't received the vest and he had to credit my money back to my account. Today is 8/6 I have never heard from the people at Lil Joes and I have not been credited the money I paid. I have sent the Better Business Bureau the information and my advise is avoid the aggregation and waste of money and time. They do not care about the satisfaction of the customer. For less than $200.00, they are desperate and pathetic. They definitely do not know how to run a business over the internet, you can order but can not trust the quality or receiving the item. And don't wait for a response from them. AGAIN... DO NOT GO THERE OTHER NAMES THEY USE... BLACKMAGIC APPAREL, BIKER.COM, AND BIKER.NET SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
