CapBeast may do quality hats but wouldn't know, there's no tracking available for the order process time. I asked for refund because I used another company that got it to me sooner and when I needed. Still waiting on refund. Communication with their "customer support" is non existent, honestly if anyone has spoken to any of their employees over the phone is like seeing a unicorn, those things don't exist.
They also add this which I don't think is applicable anymore: "Kindly keep in mind that due to the current situation with the COVID-19 crisis there may be some delays in response time."

The products are very well made and look just like they should. There was a few items on the website that could have used more colors.

Beautiful jewelry. I love all the pieces I got. The set goes wonderfully with my black outfits but also can be worn with red, blues gray or any other color. The earrings aren't too heavy. Its not too heavy
