Great service good interphase and very easy to use... quite efficient Are you thinking of investing in cryptocurrency, forex and stocks. I did advice you to try out BTCPROFITUK, COM for lucrative investment deals where you invest and you monitor your funds as it grows. The most interesting thing is that you can make a withdrawal at any time of your choosing. Its not like other platform that takes over 24 hours to make withdrawals successful. I implore you to check it out..

I lost £10,000 in a scam, and Llouds Bank made no effort to help retrieve my money. They ignored my phone calls and were incredibly rude. Fortunately, Gettingback.to assisted in recovering all the funds that were taken.

I moved n started banking here and they were really good. I like the staff and they let me change my name after things were messed up. I hope to stay with them a long time.

Great service good interphase and very easy to use... quite efficient

.I got scammed out of £10.000 and llouds bank did nothing to try to get my money back. They just ignored my phone call. And so rude on the phone.

I've just moved to lloyds bank and they were great at making the move from my previous bank. Everything went smoothly without me having to do too much- just great!

I have a friend who I am trying to help with claiming past Lloyds Bank account service charges
This is all because we had an internet pop-up saying that it was possible to reclaim past Lloyds Bank account service charges
The company that was going to perform the service of reclaiming Lloyds Bank account service charges was a perfectly respectable firm of solicitors
We made an application online to this firm of solicitors for them to act on our behalf to reclaim the past Lloyds Bank account service charges. We were accepted as a customer of this firm of solicitors
We completed all of the necessary forms for account with this firm of solicitors
We were assured that this firm of solicitors would most definitely be able to help us with the claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
This firm of solicitors went ahead and started the claim against Lloyds Bank for the reclaim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
Months went past
We made various inquiries to this firm of solicitors as to how the process of reclaiming Lloyds Bank account service charges
It would appear that this firm of solicitors was progressing with our claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
In order to help this firm of solicitors with the claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges we sent to the firm of solicitors the Lloyds Bank account paper file history of the Lloyds Bank account past history for which the firm of solicitors thanked us for our help
The firm of solicitors had to deal with the Manager for Lloyds Bank Customer Service
We had a year of emails with the firm of solicitors also providing paper documents evidence of account history of Lloyds Bank
Eventually this firm of solicitors got really really fed up with Lloyds Bank continually putting obstructive continual excuses for not responding. Apparently one excuse from Lloyds Bank Customer Service was that Lloyds Bank had apparently lost all my account history
This firm of solicitors handed this claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges to the Financial Ombudsman
Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager who supposedly was the man dealing with my claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges was continually putting obstructive excuses for not responding and for not agreeing with the Financial Ombudsman to the payment of£9'000.00 from Lloyds Bank for the reclaim payment of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
The Financial Ombudsman eventually dismissed my claim of£9'000.00 for the reclaim payment of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
The outcome of this was because Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager did not believe or even agree with us or the firm of solicitors about the amount of money to be paid back to us with regards to the Lloyds Bank account service charges of the past
Apparently Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager was continually lying about the actual facts about my Lloyds Bank account history and saying completely different facts about my Lloyds Bank account history that just did not apply to my claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
We sent a letter personally addressed to Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager asking various questions as to why my claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges and to why Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank account manager was continually lying about the facts about my Lloyds Bank account history
We never ever ever ever had a reply from Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager
We did escalate this issue to the current CEO of Lloyds Banking Group in the hope that this issue would be finally resolved and I then hopefully would receive a response to the payment of past Lloyds Bank account service charges for £9'000.00
We never ever ever had a courteous reply from Lloyds Bank, neither a courteous reply from Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager with respect to the lying and deceitful answers that was supplied by Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager
All in all Lloyds Bank look like a totally cowboy financial services provider who do not really care about their customer base

I open my account around 2007 after a lot going on (hidden charges, extremely expensive European Bank Transactions etc) so last 2 months I start to use Monzo account (moving money from Lloyds to there) and they dont charge me if i use the card overseas and i can also take money without fee under 200 euros, (Lloyds always charge you around 0.50 pence plus conversion plus a lot if you take money from cash points about 5 or more) That was my first "open your eyes". Them after i get scammed (truly scammed) and they refuse to help me because was "long time", i do also open a claim for scam and they take the money back after a month without a reason. So as because i hate drama, I just move for good to another bank (1st Direct). My experience was honestly just mediocre Bank with degraded lost of service and lost of other users (I speak myself with 3 persons on my job and all of them are on same circumstances of me). I wait so much but i will never come back.

My friend is trying to claim the money as for a non payment of redundancy
My friend has workrf for Lloyds Bank for 43 years at Queen Victoria Street London
My friend ex-employer never ever ever paid up for the 43 years redundancy which is owed by Lloyds Bank
We have had various interaction with the HR department of Lloyds Bank
We have sent Lloyds Bank actual paper proof of the 43 years of employment but Lloyds Bank HR department has totally rubbished the paper proof of 43 years of employment
We have tried the current CEO office of Lloyds Bank. We addressed our complaint to Mr Charles Alan Nunn in the hope of getting an absolute guaranteed senior executive director help
But we have just been totally ignored and the staff of the LloydsBank CEO office has totally rubbished my claim to be paid redundancy. I am now trying again on another tact to try and have Lloyds Bank to re-look at the non payment of redundancy.
Lloyds Bank HR department manager Ms Elizabeth Dixon who originally looked at my claim to redundancy has been non active in the request for opening of a retrial to the payment of redundancy which Lloyds Bank will not commit to doing
I have had a letter from Lloyds Bank informing me that the Non payment of redundancy is now closed. Lloyds Bank HR department manager Ms Elizabeth Dixon has informed us that Lloyds Bank have no work history paper records to the work history to 43 years.
We still intend to go on challenging Lloyds Bank with the total rubbish non answers that we seem to be getting from Lloyds Bank
If there is anyone else out there who has also been ignored about redundancy please can you please possibly make contact with us
