This company ripped me off for almost $200.00 in merchandise ordered last year. Items were never shipped! Tracking / Shipping Invoice never provided! Absolutely no communication from this vendor! AVOID THIS BUSINESS! It can happen to you.

It's simply not true that we haven't accepted your return. You sent us an email on Saturday March 16 - our offices are closed at the weekend, so we can only respond to you on the next working day which is a Monday. We have already replied to your email and are happy to accept your return for a refund.

I lost a few little tiny screws from one of the products I purchased. I notified them and they sent replacements in the mail right away. They always respond to inquiries and their product is excellent. Great working with a company that knows how to do business and customer service.

I came across LockPick world and figured why not give it a try. Well I am glad I did! I always received my items as stated and everything was perfect. I came across some hard times and needed assistance with returning an item. LockPick world was so helpful and never came across with things like per our policy etc. They were so helpful and understanding. I would choose them over other companies simply because this behavior shows they care about their customers on another level then just sales.

Love this website. It has everything you could want and need in the lock picking sport. Expect a slight delay for shipping. Other then that, they are fantastic. Definitely expect a delayed arrival though. Would be 5 stars if not such a long wait.

I am leaving this review because of the level of customer support I received. I thought I hit a dead end with my problem but the level of concern/care was next level. The site was easy to use and they've a variety of items to choose from. Will definitely keep coming back.

It would be handy if you could provide your name and/or your order number so I can look into this. You don't become the world's largest lock picking retail store with nearly 20 years trading online by ripping people off. I would be happy to look into this and possibly put it right, but I need more information so I know what I'm looking at. If that information doesn't materialize, I'll be left questioning the validity of the claim - and I also would like to make it right. So please get me that info so I can look into this.
My purchase experience was overall a Great one. Website was easy to navigate, everything I ordered was delivered relatively quick. And the products I ordered came exactly as described. I did not have any issues buying or receiving the products I bought. I would recommend this company for your lockpicking needs.

Definitely a great new hobby
Everything is amazing except the smallest lock in the set shot the center spring and driver pin straight out first little push with a hook and very little pressure. Found the driver pin and plastic plug but no luck with the spring. Otherwise I really like and enjoy all the products I purchased.

I was very excited to place an order with this company for a Christmas present for my brother who was interested in getting into lock picking however it has been over a month and I still have yet to receive my order. I emailed in the second week of December and got a prompt reply saying that no guarantees could be made on delivery time but that a refund could be made if desired. As I really wanted to get the product I asked that they continue with the order. After a few more back and forth via email, I was promised the item would ship "in the next few days" starting on December 20th. Obviously, a hectic time with the holidays and the supply chain issues but multiple promises being broken is no way to do business. In my last email, I asked for shipping confirmation by next week or a refund. Still very hopeful to receive the product as the reviews I have read from those who have received it are very good.

I don't often leave reviews but I felt like I needed to in this case because of how well this company conducts it's business. I purchased a beginner's lock pick set from them a few weeks ago. Not only did the package arrive quicker than I expect but the company went above and beyond to meet my needs. When I had a question that couldn't be answered by staff, the owner of the company took time out of his busy day and reached out to me. Not enough companies actually care about your satisfaction. LockPickWorld does. 10/10 highly recommend.

This company, lockpick world, is by far the best Lock Pick/Locksport/Locksmith/Entry Specialist supply company in today's market. I deal with a lot of companies that I buy from and this is the only one that has a rewards points program where you can earn points for every dollar you spend on their website and and for various reasons you can earn these points that go towards free shipping money off your purchase celebrating a birthday even they give you points towards purchases. No other company on the market, no name brand company does that, except lockpick world! They also email you to let you know that you're the reason that they're in operation that they're able to be a business Chris Dangerfield and his group actually partially email you to compliment you and thank you for your purchase and then offer you a discount on multiple items from their store. This is amazing customer service and customer care! When you buy something from their store they'll even send you a booklet sometimes telling you how to use the product and the in's and out's of it's function not like an instruction manual I'm talking like when you buy rakes Chris Dangerfield wrote a whole pamphlet a very detailed one about how to write in the different techniques in detail. This is amazing! When you buy something they'll offer you 20% off if you buy a second one or 20% off anything in the store if you purchase in the next 20 minutes. No other company does that! And I bought from a lot of companies this is the best try it out you won't regret it. I'd give him a 100 Stars if they had it go that high but it only goes up to 5 stars so 5 is what I could give them!

My experience with LockpickWorld has been great. Fast shipping even to Canada good costumer service and product arrived as described packaged well and on time. They got good deals and carry a good selection Of hard to find items would totally recommend costumer for life 5 stars all day long!

Mr. Dangerfield has created a pretty awesome place for members of the lock picking community to find quality pick sets and practice sets. Lock picking is a great hobby that helps engage the mind to improve thought. And it's a very therapeutic activity.
Dangerfield's LockPickWorld.com offers starter sets, advanced sets, practice locks, and very reasonable shipping. And if you mess up and leave something out of your order you can email him and he'll help you correct it really quickly.

Go ahead and buy yourself a practice lock with your first order. You’ll always have it to freshen up your skills or to pick around on while you watch tv. You get free shipping at $35 so why not? Don’t be like me and wait a week just to end up ordering the lock anyway!

After recieving my Praxis picks three of the picks where slightly bowed after contacting customer service they apologized fir the matter and immediately resent a replacement set expedited shipping. That is top notch support. Not only they offer a wide range of picks they stand 100% behind their products and place customer satisfaction as a high priority. You cant place a price on that. Great company!

This lock pick set is great for everyone. I "picked up" the basic of lock picking right away from it. I've got my picking times down to about three seconds, and only I've had this set for three days! It's a great set, because it has both beginner and advanced tools. I doubt I will need to buy another pair of lock picks ever again (but I might buy more stuff from Lock Pick World because I like lock picking so much).
Also, the customer service team was exceptionally good. My dad originally ordered this set for me for Christmas. Sadly, it hadn't arrived by then. My dad contacted customer service (a rep named Gayle) and it was explained to him that LockPick World had contracted with a third party for shipping, and that the third party shipper had screwed up. It was very refreshing that Gayle was so transparent and honest. But instead of just saying "Sorry, too bad," they shipped another one out ASAP. It got here after Christmas but in time for my birthday. And then ironically the second one also arrived! Gayle said we should keep both, and give one to a friend. It turned out to be my favorite birthday present!

I recently purchased the Beginners Lock Pick Set and am I ever glad I did. I have found myself a challenging new hobby. Just a wonderful company as well. The book that was included is fabulous. I am learning all about how locks work first then I will tackle the variety of really well made locks and quality supplies that come in the kit. I ordered the praxis kit and was told to expect delivery between April 1st- April 3rd. It's now April 4th and tracking says the carrier is still waiting on the item to be shipped. I've contacted customer support and they replied by sending me my tracking number which I already had, so not very helpful. I can't comment on the product yet but so far working with this company has not been ideal. Orde US-*******

We use DHL for the first part of the journey - parcels are then handed over to the USPS for final delivery. Sorry delivery has exceeded the expected delivery date. There are delays within the postal service due to the pandemic and some customers have unfortunately had to wait longer than usual for standard delivery. Because deliveries have been so badly affected by Covid, we are kindly asking our customers to be patient during this difficult time.

I picked my first lock at age seven, after my parents put a lock on the old dial-up telephone to stop me making prank calls. I found a pedicure tool that fit the lock, and with a wiggle and a jiggle, I got it open. I couldn't believe it and continued making lock picking tools for years, through trial and error, as there was no internet back then and the local library had no lock picking books, perhaps unsurprisingly. When the internet arrived, a friend of mine was a software engineer, and he loaned me a computer and got it online, I soon discovered bump keys and set about making a few. However, I wasn't happy with the traditional design, so I removed the shoulder and added a dampener. This technique is now the default method of bumping locks, which I'm quite proud of!
I set up a forum, and before long, locksmiths were asking if they could buy my bump keys. The friend who loaned me the computer installed DreamWeaver onto my (his) computer, and I had an online shop selling bump keys. I bought a few lock picking items from other shops but was very disheartened by the terrible customer service and lack of assistance with using them. With a budget of ZERO pounds, added to what was coming in from bump key sales, I slowly started adding more tools to my shop, and now, nearly twenty years later, UKBumpKeys.com and LockPickWorld.com are firing on all cylinders, keeping to the things that started the business: great customer service, ongoing support, and innovation.
