The best service provider for social media designing and logo drafting. Due to booking multiple services, I was greatly catered by the company who asked for my recommendations and then pitched in their insight to deliver the best service. The completely revamped my social media pages, and helped in enhancing the social presence. I definitely recommend Logojeeves to all the people who require online designing services!
This company is a SCAM! AVOID at all COSTS! They have a virtual address and that's all. They say they are in CA but if you check the Secretary of State website in CA they are not actually incorporated and all their phony reps use "English names" to hide the fact that they are all based in India so won't do a darn thing even if you complain a 1000 times. What they do is attract you with bottom low pricing then once they establish your trust will start forcing you to pay for upgrades you do not need giving you rubbish explanations of why you need to pay more $$$$. If you refuse they become hostile and hold your logo/website design/explainer video ransom. They designed my website then started forcing me to pay more which I refused, the scammers had the audacity to withhold my website ransom and took it down. A nightmare of an experience! Because they are not based in the USA and use phony names they never resolve any of their complaints. Its same group of scammers including their other front called GREEN LAKE DESIGNERS and AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS. They all use phony names likes Max Lodo, Eric Kasper, Dwayne Parker, Frank Anderson etc. Verify for yourself, ask which state they are incorporated in - they will not tell you, and ask for an actual physical address. The 440 North Wolfe Road Sunnyvale, CA 94085-3869 they use on their website actually belongs to a different business. The company contact number on their website *******823 is never answered and is a voip free conference call number. They have also previously used another fake address 45333 Fremont Blvd, Unit #5 Fremont, CA 94538. Google their name and number of complaints all have been unresolved! The reviews on their page are "farmed" out to look authentic but its all a scam! I challenge them to provide their state of incorporation, name they are incorporated under, actual phone number and physical address. They will not provide any of this because they are all based in India! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you paid for any of the services using a credit card, I would encourage you to contact your bank and dispute the transaction. I repeat, they are a SCAM!

Purchased a project for logo and web design for a charity we support, unlimited changes and lifetime hosting. Design was good, updates took days for each small update, no management portal, hosting has been down constantly and no answer to calls or emails.
They are the worst organization I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with some bad ones.

While looking to update our logo, our business partner suggested Logo Jeeves. The turn around time and design made our experience worthwhile. Young minds in this agency deploy their creativity perfectly.
I had LogoJeeves create a logo for my website several years ago. They did a decent job on the graphics. However, since that time, I have been repeatedly called even after telling them I didn't need their services any longer. In fact, last time they called... I told them because of the calls, I would never do business with them again. I thought that was the end of it... but now just a few months later they text me and tell me that they have a mandatory legal review and that I need to pay $99.00 to transfer the rights to my logo over to me... Stay as far away from this company as you can possibly get.
Had them design a logo for a set price. They held the logo hostage until I paid for the copyrights. This was 3 years ago, then constantly call and will not take my phone# off the list. Now they are calling for more copyright fees and that i do not own the logo. They are not a legit company. Avoid at all cost.
I noticed a huge improvement on the traffic on my website after employing the SEO services provided by Logojeeves. After my initial meeting with them, they sent me a detailed proposal and actually delivered what they had promised although their prices are comparatively higher than a few other companies I had contacted but, overall they deliver a great service
This is not a legitimate business they run a scam! Then they will retaliate when you try and get your money back! Make up fraudulent documents and go as far as to illegally charge your card!
They provided us the much-needed help for running a successful online advertising campaign and getting instant traffic to our website. Their team was also very cooperative it was indeed a good experience.
I had hoped that working with Logo Jeeves would prove to be a satisfying experience and to some extent it was, but it was dampened by their failure to deliver the work to me on time. But aside from that, their work quality is very good and they actually take the time to listen to their clients compared to some other companies that I have worked with over the years.
They just want to make more money once you hire them for any work. They will promise you one thing but keep on harassing you for more money in the name of ownership and trademarks. Even for the logo, I had to do all the thinking/designing as they were using a cheap software that gives you 100 clip arts once you put the company name and category.
Stay away, once they've created a logo for you it's turning over your phone number to overseas call centers. They just call and call, trying anything to sell the licensing for what you paid for already, wanting to host your website, do your business cards - on and on and never will they quit. Asked repeatedly to be removed from the call list. Simply encourages more calls.
The logo which they designed for our product line was a success! People loved the concept they implemented in the design of the logo. Would definitely recommend their services to colleagues who are looking for good logo concept. The only problem we faced with them was that they failed to deliver on time, so we ended up getting our logo 3-4 days later than what we had actually agreed on.
All I wanted was a logo at the price promised. Since then, they've been calling endlessly, about once a week trying to sell me the copyrights to the logo, SEO or something else - they don't keep a record of the calls and despite my repeated attempts to ask them to stop, I get a followup the next week. Make it stop.

I wish I would've read these reviews before doing business with logojeeves. Like others have reported, they try to upsell you.
I can handle that. However, they made up a story that I had to apply for a trademark through them. I told them we did not want to trademark the logo as I could do it on my own for a lower cost. Then after paying for and receiving the logos, I received a call saying I still owe money for trademark fees. I haggled with them and ultimately paid about $150. And, guess what... my logo was never registered with the US Trademark Office! I've tried to reach them for months without any response. Total scam!
I have to say i am quite satisfied with the print ads they designed for my travel agency. Instead of going with the typical approch that is applied for the all travel agency ads, they came up with brilliant design that really help to set us apart from our competitors. Although their prices are higher compared to the other companies,
If they says they will give you a full money back refund, even in writing, don't believe them.

The content team that came up with the catchy slogans for our social media campaign proved to be a hit amongst our followers! Would be availing their other services in future projects.
Dont even know where to start. Everything is so horrible... The website after one year, still is not ready... the graphic design is poor, communication is built on pure absurd. The customer service unexisting people are acting sketchy: several people different name calling themselves different names, talk with the same voice/ accent... the cover each other... There are tons of other companies with integrity please help yourself and find the one with a good track record. God bless you all
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will waste your time and money. They have practically ruined the launch of my new art tour business in NY. They never got my website to be functional and to allow people to simply sign up and pay for products. An absolute nightmare. Stay away

They a fake company they are not located where they say they are. They don't reply back after they take your money they block your emails. All post with 5 star are fake. I will find them and I will get my money back if anyone wont's on the action reply back. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
