Was dubious about prices but made sure I paid by Paypal for insurance reasons. Bought Callaway FTIZ five wood with Head Cover. Club arrived from Cnina via EMS and Parcels Worldwide to my home in ENGLAND. After SIX DAYS FROM ORDER. Club looks no different to any of my other Callaway clubs that I have bought from England and USA. Infact last set of Callaway irons that I bought in USA... WERE MADE IN CHINA... These I bought from Edwin Watts in Bonita Springs Florida. ALL IN ALL I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THIS SITE OR THE CLUBS... Buy something cheap and test for yourself... Regards Jack.
Two weeks ago I ordered a PING G15 Driver, it arrived yesterday (from China), it is not the genuine article, in fact it's not even a good copy. I complained via e-mail and actually received a reply (in broken english) 'I should just try the club anyway and i might be surprised' I now have to try and obtain a refund but I'm not very optimistic of my chances, they claim the club is made to OEM standards but i've not a clue what that means, i've been duped so be warned!

Ordered R9 3 & 5 woods without checking for reviews first. Subsequently found reviews re being China based and experiences of counterfeit goods. Within 1/2 hour I emailed them to cancel the order in accordance with their order cancelation policy. Was then told there was a 20% handling/shipping charge.
Emails were in poor English from a "Jane Smith". I have had various email exchanges and now discovered they have charged a higher amount to my credit card.
Fortunately I am able to dispute the payment and charge back via my Cr Card company. I have provided a copy of the electronic invoice together with screen prints of every T & C and Q & A screen on their website.
My advice is avoid this site at all costs. If you've already ordered/paid, contact your Cr Card provider within 14 days and make sure you have all the supporting info from their website. Whilst a pain, you should get your money back.

This is not a legitmate site. All clubs come are from China, service is terrible, charge you ridiculous cancelation fees. AVOID THIS SITE. I've had nothing but trouble.
