Haven't received the light fixtures yet - but the Luna warehouse website and on-line ordering system was very easy to use and navigate, and Luna had the best price I could find, when their discount code was applied... and free shipping too. I'm a happy Customer so far. Hopefully the light fixtures will arrive with excellent packaging, and I'll like them when I see them in-person.
Ordered 5 items. All have silver wires wrapped around them. Not sure why, but done after painting. Also splotches on paint job and chipping. If it where one Item I would think a mistake, but it is all of them. Struggling to get a refund. Dealing with Chris iwho is rude has been a nightmare. I have emailed many photos and spoke with sherry and was told I would get a refund. Being in the design industry I would not recommend this company.
I had ordered a Kichler Bowden fan from Amazon on May 29th. I'm a prime member so it made sense and they promised delivery by June 4th. It was shipped and sold by 1stop lighting through Amazon. It still had not arrived on June 9th so I cancelled and ordered from Luna Warehouse. Not only did I get a better price but it arrived in just a few days. No issue, no problem and the fan looks great and works perfectly. I will absolutely buy direct from Luna Warehouse again.

The light fixtures I ordered were very cute I haven't seen anything like them on any other site. I order them and they came very quickly even though they cautioned that with the COVID it may take longer. They were perfect and I am very happy.

2 weeks ago a broken lamp arrived and I am still waiting for a replacement. They closed the first case without doing anything.
Lamps are very cheaply made. Metal bends easily.

I also see that we offered you an option for a replacement as you originally said that they weren't working, but due to the delivery time frame you, decided to cancel your order. Sorry that they arrived in that condition, this is a first for me to see rust on a lamp and I am happy that we were able to find a quick resolution for you. I received the lights and they were very different from what I expected. SO I filled out a return request. I never got an email saying I could return them and finally went to the website and saw that Luna was waiting for me to return them. I did return them and all was well.
I thought they were very pretty in the pictures. Turned out they were very different from what I thought I saw. They were heavy, almost like concrete. However, when the return went through I got my refund just fine.
I bought an outdoor post light but it came with no mounting base. I called customer service, they were extremely rude and lectured me the entire time and refused to have the light returned unless I paid the shipping back Terrible business do not buy from that awful place. I will be disputing it with my credit card company

We purchased three bathroom light fixtures (product #2443) for our new construction. When the time came to install them one of the fixtures was defective, missing a component in one of the socket assemblies. The part is deep inside the socket (first picture is a good one, second shows the part missing) so there's no chance it came out during shipping or the installation. We submitted the information and pictures to the third party customer support line who said they would get back to us. They never did. We called and started the process all over again. We received a shipping notification but the tracking provided showed the package didn't exist. So we started the process again a third time. Now they are asking if the product had been installed and thereby no longer in warranty. If this company put as much effort into ensuring they don't ship defective products as they do in avoiding the cost of their defects we wouldn't be having this problem. Instead, we're left with a dark bathroom and probably will be out $300 spent on the useless light fixture.
Tip for consumers:
They will not issue a refund even when they ship a defective product.

Product arrived damaged, but company still had me pay return shipping. Product received back to Luna on 2/12 and two weeks later, there is still no credit to my account for returned items, despite a follow up phone call confirming they received items back. Long wait times on hold to speak to anyone. Products are nice but could have bought them elsewhere and most likely would have been a better experience.
Lowest price $60 off - a light fixture that's tempted me for a while - delivered today, about a week. Nicely packed and perfect!

Ordering was not an issues, I received my items in a reasonable time, I cannot comment on the items since they have not been unpacked yet. We make settlement on Sept. 3rd and will be unpacking them at that time.
