Its been more than 3 months since I ordered, I havent received it yet. Nobody gives any response and their website is down aswell. Total Fraud.

Luxisma, what an amazing website! Really authentic products they sell. Yesterday I bought Dior earrings. I was so confused what jewelry I should buy then my sister told me that I must check jewelries on Luxisma. I go through this site and I was so happy to see such a nice collection.

I recently ordered an LV on the go MM size bag from Luxisma. But, they sent me the bigger size, GM.
This happened despite confirming multiple times with them about the right size.
I sent them the pictures also of the wrong size they delivered, and firstly, they didn't acknowledge the mistake and also, they hardly respond to the messages once they have sold the product.
They have told me that they will exchange the bag after 10 days. Let's see if they still are on their promise.

This is a fraud website. It's been 5 months since I placed an order, initially they sent me a wrong product and I returned it with days only to fall at their wrong promises. It's been more than 5 months, they have not given me my refund or right product. They don't even bother to answer customers. I am taking a legal course against them. I would not even have given them 1 rating!

I bought a pair of shoes for my brother. It looks good and quality is also good. The inner sole is soft and spongy and gives him good cushioning while walking. Nice product, good quality material, perfect fit, very comfortable for long walks - I can say it is worth to spend the money. My ratings 10 out of 10... Thanks Luxisma...

I ordered this wallet recently from the Luxisma website. The shipping was quick. The wallet reached to me in 4 days. I took the HI model basalt color. The quality is amazing. Their service support too is great.
