I have never seen a business run so poorly. I never received my order. I've been battling for my health for 6 long years and was trying to support a small business. I never got a response after writing several emails for a refund. This is a scam. Do not expect to receive your purchase or a refund. Cruel to think they'd take advantage of someone sick on limited funds to begin with. They are a disgrace. Apparently I'm not the only review that's been written with great dissatisfaction. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Gross!

I buy from small online business often. But MadeBy Food so far is the worst. The customer service/ founder Sydney is not responsive, not helping me solve the issues, then stop responding to me when I asked to cancel the order. I placed the order on 12/3, and still didn't receive it as of today 12/24. I worry about food safety so asked to cancel, but she just ignored me. I

I ordered something from them and it never came and I got a charge off of my card. When I tried to email her about this I never got any responses. Don't shop here it is a scam.
