I ordered a formal gown from this site and gave them my measurements. I received a very poorly made dress that was not the measurements that I gave but smaller so it certainly did not fit. They refused to return the dress and I had to dispute it with the credit card company.

Dresses don't fit, they are off the rack-not custom made. They keep saying they were made especially for me but I never gave them my measurements. They won't let me return them. They still have the tags on them and have never been worn. My account shows the dresses are still "in transit" even though they've obviously been delivered. They ask a lot questions in hopes you give up. I answered the same questions over and over. They are exhausting to deal with especially because they type in broken English, but I'm not giving up. It's obvious they write their own 5 star reviews because they are written in broken English just like their emails.

The dress I ordered is sheer on time but it came back as white. Sent pictures asking for a refund and they won't respond

Don't buy from Magbridal! The dress I received was nothing like what I ordered and their customer service is a joke, refusing to let me return the dress and offering an $18 refund against the $150 I paid. Plus the invoice with the dress stated a different price, $50, which is nothing lile what I was charged with. On top of it I just received an invoice for delivery asking me to pay £20 for taxes! Outrageous! So disappointed and angry!

This website magbridal.co and the whole team ruined my wedding. They send me trush and they didn't want to send me Return Authorisation form and to refund the amount. Is this some kind of a joke. People, do not shop from magbridal.com! I didn't receive any tags or invoices with the package!

Ordered prom dress for my daughter, it was not completed no beads no lace in spots they sent the beads, lace and bra cups not sew on the dress to us. we ordered way ahead of time to allow time for arrival it came the week of the prom. We asked for a return or refund only to get the run around. So $150.00 wasted. We had to run out and buy another dress. I will never never order from them again.

**UPDATE** I received a refund for the full purchase price of this dress (minus shipping and rush fees, but that's ok)! I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

Magbridal like JJ House pays games on returns. They don't give addresses to return items and trying to get their address takes on act of congress. Act many emails back and forth and picture of you in product as well as measurements they still do not respond or accept returns.
If they want to deal in the US market and sale online they should take a lesson from Amazon or Macy's return policies.

Do not buy from either place until they change return policy or you will be stuck with your purchase if it doesn't fit or wrong color.

Service tie is also slow.

I received a beautiful wedding dress for $170 and everybody thought I had spent a fortune on it. My wedding pictures turned out very well.

NEVER send a copy of your Passport and Credit Card information through email... Or work with a company that asks you to...

BEWARE! I am sure the dress is lovely, however, I wouldn't know because I never received it... My order was placed Aug 18 2019 and my credit card charged on Aug 21st by this company's third party company. On Oct 2nd I inquired as my dress was not shipped and received this response:

We have received the information from our bank that the cardholder and the payment information is not same country. Could you kindly tell us if the payment is settled by you? It is kind of you to offer the photo of your card and passprot to us for reference? Please kindly notice that the pictures would only show part of the credit card. It is safe enough. No bank or third party can use such information to make purchase. Or no one will apply for a card from a bank. Thanks for your understanding. We just want that the transaction between us is protected by law. Thanks for your understanding.

I explained that they should have advised of this prior to my inquiry this is more than 5 weeks later... if I hadn't followed up, I would not have known about this also, my card was charged by them on Aug 21st... anyway, I am not emailing a copy of my passport, ID or credit card information... that would be ignorant...

I asked them to refund the money and they stated this:

Come on! They still have not refunded a dime, btw... and I have no dress because they claim they did not receive payment. I see that people have gotten dresses and been happy in the past with this company but be warned! I would never take this chance again... I would not trust this company ever again! This is NOT okay...

My bridesmaid ordered a custom made dress it came back completely faulty as the split in the dress came all the way up to the crouch. They said to get it altered but there was not enough fabric to do this as it was 5 inches out.

I ordered Dark Purple and recieved Lilac and the company offered me 14.00 and said I should wear it and be happy. I only wanted the correct color and they refused to exchange it. Here is the actual email from company. FYI: This company is in Singapore.

Girls, I recommend you to choose a custom size, that will be more suitable than the size on site. I asked them to take a photo of my dress before delivery, but when I get the gown, it looks more awesome then the picture. I think it's worth $200.

Ordered a dress to wear to me daughters wedding... it came too big... poorly made... cheap cheesy material... it was not a custom order and so far they will not issue a refund other than 10% of the full cost! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! There are other websites that honor their own return policy that can be used!

This dress is even more beautiful in person as in pic.
It is very heavy and is a lot of dress. No matter you're in doors or outdoors, it's amazing!
It's top quality seriously looked and feels like that would be very very expensive.
It was much nicer than dresses I tried on in bridal boutiques that cost thousands of dollars.
The sleeves are so beautiful and the top of dress is absolutely georgous!

The dress I received was very beautiful and like the picture. The train was longer than I thought it was going to be. It was such a relief receiving this dress after hearing horror stories. I was very lucky cuz the dress is exactly like the picture. It's very very heavy with a lot of material. The one thing I didn't like about the dress was the white see through material around the neck and shoulders. It's very white so contrasts a lot with my brown skin. I might alter it. The dress doesn't fit me on top either. It is way too small. But overall very beautiful dress.

Magbridal has great clothing but their customer service is lacking. I sent exact measurements for an outfit, it came to me quickly but 2 sizes too small. They refused to alter or refund. They insulted me by offering a $15 coupon to use on a future purchase (my purchase was $162).

This dress it's beautiful, l was really concern that it wouldn't look like picture on model but I was stunned as I saw the dress.

I ordered a custom prom dress for my daughter and it was beautiful. It fit her perfectly. This year we ordered another and it came and it was just as nice as the first one. We are very pleased with Magbridal.

This website scam people, don't buy here, I made the mistake and bought a dress, but they sent me an awful dress, not even close to the one that they listed, this is the worst place to rely on something so important as your wedding dress. They didn't return any money to me, the just offer me 10 dollar, over the 350 dollars I spent with the whole purchase, trust me, don't buy here, you will regret it! This is not a serious business, I paid more to get the exact measures, they didn't sent me real dress that they offered, it didn't fit me and it wasn't the color, and after that they said that they dont have a return policy, they robbed me. Look at the pictures!

Buyers beware of this company! My daughter is getting married, I started searching online for outfits, unfortunately I came upon Magbridal, my nightmare begins... First of all it took about a month for my order to arrive, no big deal had a lot of time, then it arrived bunched up in a smelly dirty plastic bag, I couldnt believe it, I was just shock of the quality, a couple of the strands of the lace top was broken and the zipper area was frizzled, I wrote to them about it and ask to return the outfit, heres an insert of what they wrote back...
For the dress could you please kindly telll us where the fabric is not good? Could you please kindly offer us the pictures for checking? And for the dress size, Could you please kindly tell us where is not fit for you? Could you please kindly try on the dress then offer us the full back and front pictures? Besides, could you please kindly take a tape to measure your own size of bust, wasit, hips and shoulder widht? Then attached the pictures to us?

This went back and forth for over a month and they will not refund me the full amount., heres another insert of our email...
We will refund you the dress price 8% ( USD 8.70) back as the gift to you. Whether you accept it?

The total amount I paid for is $124.00.

I told them I will donate the outfit, so for your own good, dont order from this company please.
