Called out on Sunday. It turned out to be the breaker switch tripped but not before removing basement sump pump, realizing it ran with an extension cord to another plug. He replaced the fill valve on one toilet for $175 put everything back together, gave me a $100 credit for dropping my $150 dewalt 20v flashlight into the 50 gallon sewer drum and gave me a bill for $475. I addressed 2x with office staff for adjustment but fell on deaf ears. You would think a professional plumber would have checked the breaker - They were pleasant - they did show up on time but obvious overcharge.
