I was not informed that Eva Airlines entry to Taiwan as stopover had always been cancelled and I was not informed by the ticket agent about this situation, otherwise I should have booked with another airline. Now they are deducting $200.00 for processing fee of the cancellation which is not my fault. They cancelled the flight without prior notice and refunding my money paid to the airline within 10 to 18 weeks. This is unacceptable. I will never book with Eva Airlines again. NEVER!

I booked a flight with Mango Tours this July 2021, but they cancelled my flight "TWICE", and told me that I would get my refund in 10 to 15 weeks, aside from that they charged me $113 for processing fee and other fees.
15 weeks or 4 months of wait time for refund from Mango Tours is a hell very long wait time. I will be paying 24% APR for 4 months time on my credit cards on $1678 that Mango had charged. An additional expenses on my part.
When I filled out the payment form, Mango Tours quickly took out the money from my credit card/s, And now that my flight has been "TWICE" cancelled (a month before the scheduled flight), they want to give the refund back in 4 months time. THey use the "PANDEMIC" as an excuse for not returning your money back. This is outright UNFAIR and ABUSIVE.
Refunds should be given back within the normal time of 5 to 7 business days, NOT 15 weeks.
STAY AWAY from Mango Tours. They are UNFAIR, ABUSIVE, and use your money before they give it back. And when they give the refund back it would take them very long to time.
KEEP AWAY from MANGO TOURS!. They are outright ABUSIVE!
This is the worst online ticket booking that i've ever experienced. They advertised thier cheap price and once your done typing the information and click the agree button it will appear new page with the message that your session has expired. And then i called their 1-866 number. You have to dial more than 5 times before they answer the phone. The cs answered my call has a very lousy voice. When i told her the problem i encountered online she just told me, that maybe their updating the system. Try to book a flight again after 1 hour. She's not even say sorry for the inconvenience you encountered from our website. She didn't offer a help to book flight to her... What a worst customer service and a worst website... They advertise cheap price but you won't be able to buy from their website... DO NOT BUY TICKET FROM MANGO TOURS!
