I did my review reserach before I purchased an iron. I got my chi iron in 2 days and it s in perfect condition. Just wanted to be fair here..
Absolute worst site I've ever used. I should have just bought retail! Their customer service is just shy of fraud. This is the last email I got from them... "Yes you informed us about address change and we took a note if it, but it was busy holiday days it went out as usual to the address on file. And I personally apologized for that! I understand I made a mistake just like you did... We re human being!" Now I'm out out $80... and they're just human.

I ordered a NEW Instyler, they sent me one with hair in it, paint chipped, logo worn off and didn't even work. How is that new?
I bought a GHD from this site. I received a different item then I ordered and it was completely FAKE! The GHD site does not recognize the code on it. It pretty much matches up with everything that would make it a fake. Do not buy from them!

First off let me start by saying this website has made me skeptical of all websites now. I ordered the instyler from this website on December 29,2010 it is now January 3,2011 they claim that you will receive you order in 2-3days but I have yet to see my instyler. I emailed them twice and I got no response and of course they have no number to call to get in contact with them soooooooo they got me. I wish I would have really thought it through before ordering from this site because now I am out of 71 dollars for something I thought I was going to receive. But it is a new year and all the bad things that people are doing scaming people out of their money will get what they deserve. Because god sees everything just remember that. Oh yeah I did a review on their personal website but of course they have to approve the review so that is a sign to that they are shaddy. Because you will never see the bad reviews only the good ones.
