“Horrible place to buy trees and shrubs!”

Troy A.
5/14/19

Spent over $1,000 on shrubs and a white birch tree. A couple weeks after the tree was installed one of the three trunks looked like it was dying. I called the owner and he said it's a bit to early to say if its dying and to wait till next spring. If it has issues to call him. Well here we are! The whole tree is dead. Went to the nursery and spoke to the snooty stuck up lady there and she said we will give you 50% maybe. Well considering I paid for the previous delivery when I asked about that she said we might be able give you a discount. I explained that paying $150.00 for delivery and 50% off of the $300 tree, plus I have to re-pay someone to take the old tree out and install the new one can you do a little better. SOME PRICK DOUSCH BAG that works there blurts out go to Home Depot. LET ME SEE THAT PRICK ON THE STREET! Also I had gone to there plant auction and spent almost $1000 on shrubs. I had them delivered. Turns out once I left customers were picking out there $#*! shrubs and swapping them out with my good shrubs. Called the owner on that because when they got delivered it looked like a bunch of shrubs some ripped out of there yard and dumped them. Got nothing from the owner Tom. How he stayed in business all these years is a mystery! Also they have a serious ant problem in there trees that killed my white birch. That what the inspection revealed from a certified arborist. Most of the $#*! shrubs never made it into the winter. By this spring most were all dead. OH YA, NO WARRANTY! Screwed on that to. This is the worst experience I EVER encountered with a Mom and Pop company. People wonder why small companies fold when the big box stores open is because places like Manza Farm have $#*! products, dont back up their products, have horrible customer service that talks down to you. I DONT RECOMMEND PEOPLE BUYING TREES OR SHRUBS FROM THEM. AS FAR AS THAT BIG MOUTH PRICK THAT TOLD ME TO GO TO HOME DEPOT, I'LL SEE HIM WORKING AT ONE WHEN MANZA'S GOES OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN THINGS CATCH UP WITH THEM. LOOK AT THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS! NOT THE 5 STAR THOSE ARE FAMILY AND FRIENDS HELPING THEM OUT! Each photo says to large to send so sorry I can't attach them. However, you can see them on Google. It's now been many months later and more shrubs have died. Ones that I got at Home Depot and Loews are 10 plus years later and look awesome still!
