I have purchased from Maple Holistic and they have it figured out. This company has periodically offered promotions for their products that I have not yet had the pleasure of using. How else do you know you may need them? Great way of doing business without being tricked into a subscription. I recently was in need of essential oils and would not order from anywhere else. Trust Maple, I do.

I have been using maple holistics for a couple years now and I am always pleased with the quality of their products the packaging and their customer service this is a great company that care about their brand. I've been using the after Sun Lotion for a little over a week now and I absolutely love it. It's moisturizing and it lasts it's a very fresh scent. I've been using it and using it for my son and I am very impressed it does great for his dry skin.

I am a first time customer and I am very disappointed in Maple Holistics. I order my shampoo and conditioner going on 2 weeks ago. I have been tracking my order and it hasn't even left the place of origin. I have tried several times to make contact with someone, each time I call, I give my order number and tracking number and each time they say they will have someone contact me. No one ever contacts me back. I have even requested a refund and have heard nothing back from them with that either. I hope I hear from someone on Monday, otherwise I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

I have tried many shampoo's tried Sage shampoo really helps my hair and scalp without leaving the feeling of product. Still have some plan to continue after trying many.

The hydrating after sun lotion with aloe worked well for me. It kept peeling to a minimum after a decent sunburn.

I do like their pure essential oils. I run a small lip balm online business, I tagged them once on a photo so that my followers can see I use pure essential oils, they reached out asking me to sign up for their ambassador programs- I did- the agreement was to receive a free product in exchange for a reel /tiktok video. Once i received the item, i let them know it was preopened& used, as a client i know the oils are filled at a specific level. They read my message & have given me the silent treatment ever since. I followed up asking if i misunderstood? I didn't expect to receive a used item. Silence. The essential oils are good, but the customer service is low quality. Will most likely take my business elsewhere.

The cruelty free caught my eye when i needed to buy witch hazel. The witch hazel from Mapleholistics is wonderful and will continue to use their product. The shampoo and conditioner will be the next purchase.

I highly maple holistics degreaser10, i have had oily hair i wash my hair daily still stains my pillow. This product is awsome i could the difference the first time i used it. I work outside alot i also live in central florida all my life, i highly recommend

After getting an email stating that they have received my returned order it too multiple calls and opening a case with PayPal to get them to actually refund my money.
