Highly educational and addictive. They have saved hundreds of lives. The customers come back year after year and love the service too.
Very unprofessional, unorganized, and I would NOT recommend anyone depend on their service! After paying 3 months ahead, I waited and waited to get instructions on how to get everything going. It took probably two weeks for anyone to help. I invested a lot of money into the required extra phone numbers, cameras, two video capture devices, and finally got it going. One month later, the stream kept stopping in the middle of the night. Long story short, I only got a wasted day of repeatedly asking me the same questions over and over, no help to offer, I was kept dangling, waiting for some help. I did everything they asked, I checked out all the necessary hookups and programs on my end, and still got no help, NONE! I was informed that over 700 other people had no problems, so why did I? The volunteers and watchers were fantastic, the best you could ask for. But the company pretty much told me not to bother them. I told them to donate my remaining two months prepaid to someone in need, and I am out around $500 and now need to watch my mare myself. Go to another service.

IMO the owner is very unprofessional. I tried to join and was rejected because she "thought" or "thinks" I am someone else. I live in the zip code or city of a person that she does not care for, so now none of my friends or I can join. I don't feel like she is thinking of the animals first. She could have asked me for verification of ID, but she didn't. IMO, it is not an ethically based site. I am positive I would not pay her a dime because I feel that is her focus, not having animal lovers like myself on the site to help out. I would not put my animal in this persons care, if you do, my personal opinion is beware. She is not who she appears.
