This matte beauty company is a fraud. I ordered a skin care cream Nov17,2023 and I'm writing this Dec 31 still did not receive the cream which I paid $57 for. I emailed, not reply and called but the line is a fake 855 number that goes straight to a mail box and no call back. I am reporting to my bank as fraud to get my money back

The first time I ordered from them was via etsy... The products were never delivered. I messaged them and they gave no response. I tried Instagram and they even blocked me. I never got a refund. A few years later a friend bought me multiple products from them, I used them and nothing worked. The peels didn't peel. The hydroquinone was inactive. They are just a waste of money.

This was an international order. 25% of our clients are international so we are well aware international travel packages can get lost or damaged. The package was lost in this situation. Our intentional policy is if a package doesn’t arrive in 30 days the buyer has the option of a re-ship or refund. In this case the buyer didn’t want to wait 30 days and ended up with a full refund. As far as our business standards we know without our customers we wouldn’t stay open. We actually supply clinics and spas in 16 countries with a 35% return rate which is extremely high. Our quality is top notch made to order so our buyers receive there products at its most potent form and that’s how we’ve been able to grow over the past decade in a business that’s impossible to make everyone happy.

Buyer placed an or on Nov 11th. The buyer did call and it did go to voicemail because it was Christmas Day. USPS did lose the package In which were not aware of until we received numerous emails and a missed phone calls on Christmas Day. After seeing the email we immediately re-shipped another order in which the has received. Not sure why the buyer decided after missing for a month to choose Christmas to reach out but it has been shipped out.
