I hated the pillow… and I've been trying to get ahold of anyone. Basically if you don't like the pillow you have to keep it ($167) for two pillows. I personally think that is outrageous and pondering if I should just return everything else…
Bought a mattress valued at 2K, from Mattress Firm.1 year 7 months later, it sags terribly, it was an extra firm mattress. Mattress Firm IMMEDIATELY denied my claim, but they DID give me a 20% off coupon to throw more money in the unethical garbage bin known as Mattress Firm
Bought a mattress and adjustable frame for $5600, sales person promised to take back both if I am not happy w it and to waive restoking and delivery back called to return after 4d,was told to wait 30d,policy states "we may ask u to wait",
So it is not mandatory. Was given a run a round by the manager and sales person. Finally they refunded the mattress, they refused to take back the frame.
I asked to return the queen frame and pay for king frame and mattress, they refused, asked for the regional manager phone but no response.
I could not contact any higher management staff.
So left w queen frame and $150 for setup plus $100 for delivery.
They r a fraud, don't trust their niceness or promises when u buy, u will know them when u return the item
When I went in to buy a mattress at Mattressfirm, I thought I'd be treated with integrity. The first mattress I purchased was a back killer. I returned it, bases on their warranty, and asked tge salesperson's assistance on buying a mattress that would work with my adjustable base. I asked if a Purple mattress would work, and was assured it would. About a year and a half later, it had begun hurting my back. The mattress had broken down. Warranty was not honored and I need to purchase a new mattress. I am handicapped, so none of this is easy. Stay away from Mattressfirm.
My name is Susan Woodroof and i bought what was supposedly a new mattress from you in August 2022. The mattress was wrapped in plastic which made me believe i was getting a new one. After sleeping on it for two days i realized it wasn't a new one but an old one pawned off on me full of hard lumps. I realized i should've called sooner, but i don't have a car and my son works. It was delivered by two men in an unmarked van. I spent $400.00 on a medium firm full mattress. I have no idea where my new mattress went or the money. I'm sure it's too late for a refund, but my back is completely ruined from it. I won't be buying another mattress from you, and i will advise my family and friends not to purchase one from you. I saw a commercial for mattress firm. The black girl says to the white guy, "I realized something, i don't like you.". It made me realize, I don't like mattress firm. I will make sure I never get anything from those idiots. What a joke.
I brought the last month a mattress online for my child but after 30 days he was feeling back pain when we try to return or change what a surprise they give us 20% if we want to exchange or 10% if we want to change also we have to pay $99 fee delivery so that meant if we want to exchange we get $50 dollars back. Such a thieves I feel treated with a thieves. Never never again this company. I give to them the review but looks like they deleted. Btw the mattress is still on the plastic cover.

Bought a bed and everything with it that allowed the head area to raise, approx $2,000. Same time bought a full size mattress for my daughter. Went in several times complaining both mAttresses were too soft. One mattress got replaced, worthless. My time expired allowed for return as I got sick with COPD, am home still on oxygen and the salesman doesn't even work there anymore. Now what does an 81-yr old widow do? Very upsetting and I had open heart surgery so this is horrible for a business to do this.
They told me a bed made of 100% foam was only 60% foam. This is not good (healthwise) for me. They need to tell you the truth about the makeup of the bed so you can make an. Informed descion on whether or not you want a fully toxic foam bed. That is not fair that I was not informed correctly and therefore it could possibly have adverse effects on health. They are not transparent or honest in that way. Also, they talk about you with their manager on speaker phone and think they muted you but didn't. That is tacky & unprofessional.
7 Days after buy called & reported, dip, well, in mattress,told wait 3 weeks :( 10 days after called again to report bigger wider dip, well, indention uncomfortable and don't want, told I would have pay for exchange What good is a 10 Yr mattress that doesn't last 7 days, Piece of crap! Poor craftsmanship, cheap resources.

Attached is picture of the adjustable base, which is 3" lower than the mattress frame. Looks odd, but I sent this pic to Ms. Dee.
During the delivery I called her, she would not speak with the delivery crew. She told me you have to. That's what YOU have to do. Not the business that hired them.
She also didn't return my call, after I left a message 1:10 pm. It wasn't until 4:02 I called her again and she was pleasant. I asked her why she didn't call me, and she said she was busy. What manager of a business doesn't check her voice mail for 3-hrs?
I spoke with Ms Dee (in person) today. She immediately called to find replacement adjustable legs for the adjustable base. She got 3-12" adjustable legs which will be delivered tomorrow, no charge. This shows if you go and speak to the manager in person. They will do the best they can to help you out.
I got my replacement legs next day. I gave feedback to the Headquarters in Houston. They will send my review to the district manager in the area.
Tip for consumers:
Read the fine print. It will cost you 30% of the original purchase to return product. In my case if I returned my mattress, it would cost me $1200, to end up with nothing.

Bought a mattress from mattress firm the mattress is firm too firm it's like a rock it wasn't like that within the first 120 days but as I slept on it it got worse also it bunches up in the middle when it's on my adjustable bed they told me that it was good for adjustable beds if I had paid four or five hundred dollars then that would be okay but I paid $1,000 for this bed and I'm still paying on it with no interest I have reached out to customer service they gave me a number I talked to this woman she told me she relayed the message she did we've been emailing back and forth she tried calling me I couldn't get to the phone quick enough but I called her back so far I'm into about five or six different calls and emails and she's not answering my calls or emails I will not recommend then for anything or anyone unless there's some kind of restitution for me I am a senior and I shouldn't have to go through this
I signed up for a rebate offer on a purchased mattress set that I never received! It states to allow for 6 to 8 weeks and when I called I was told they were "behind". I purchased these mattresses the first week of August, it is now the first week of November. I'll never shop another mattress firm again. Very dissatisfied!
We had ordered a top of the line mattress from Mattress Firm well over a month ago. Three different times we were told we're supposed to get a delivery on this or that given date, to this day over 30 days nothing, plus no communication after dates passed. Very very poor customer service. Very very poor communication and super poor stock inventory and delivery, I would go somewhere else to get a mattress, worst experience here ever with this company.
I bought $11k worth of product from their Wall NJ store. The store Manager (Uldis) said I had 4 months to return ANY product. Of course this has not turned out to be the case when I wanted to return unused pillows. The District Manager (Santos) hid behind corporate policy and was arrogant beyond belief. I can see why Mattress Firm has such poor reviews on this site. Buyer Beware.

You cannot even get a live person instead you have to submit an online claim that they deny anyway and if you want a person to come out and assess the situation you have to pay 79.99. My mattress is sagging and useless and and they still denied claim without even providing a reason and offered a little 20 percent coupon. This is a horrible company and they lost a customer for life. I will be going with the bed in a box or another company anything other than this company.
Mattress criminals still exist. This outfit advertised a Queen mattress for a Black Friday door buster price of $89.99. I came in and was greeted and asked how they could help me. I stated I was there to buy the $89 mattress they've been advertising on the radio.

Yep that's the one. She takes me back to the wall where there's a sign stuck on a mattress for a Queen for $159.
I asked if that's the one on sale?

Let me go look. She comes back and tells me no but I can buy that one that's on display. Let's go write it up. It's a twin.
Uh I came here to buy a queen. The ads are for a queen. I asked for a queen. The sign says it's a queen. Why would you think I would take a smaller mattress for the same price when I came here for the sale on a queen?
She nicely offered to get one shipped in with free delivery within 48 hours.

The other "consultant" interrupted with, That's a carry out price. You don't have one to carry out. We can check with another store to see if they have one.
I'm not driving all over the state on the chance they'll still have it when I get there.

At that point I told them they were bait and Switch criminals who had no business to be selling anything. And then a little louder for the other unfortunates in the store about to get raped. I would never buy anything from a criminal enterprise like this place is! Hopefully it made them think a bit before buying.
How in the 2020's can a business advertise on the radio and on their website not have what they advertise? It's no wonder they're swirling the bowl.

They say i have a ten year warranty, and it sags and my back hurts. Not even 3 years old and told me its not covered under warranty. They told me they would give me 30% off and thats all they can do. I paid $1300 dollars for this. I wont be buying another mattress from them
I brought an adjustable queen bed frame over $1300 & top of the line mattress. After 3 months the $3000 mattress had to be replaced because it sagged. Now after 6 months the adjustable base has stopped working in the upright position. I'm 75 & they said I have to go thru their warranty dept file a claim. Crawl under bed and get lot # (7to 10 days or more) because they deal with 3 companies for bases and they aren't sure which manufacturer made my base. I can't even sleep in the bed. Dont buy from mattress firm, if you do and the product is defective, you will be sorry.
Tempur pedic mattress not so great. Even the softest has caused some neck issues. Should have returned it but was too late when we finally called 'uncle'.
The delivery-installation men, for a white glove delivery, did not connect the devices meant to hold the 2 twin beds together. In fact, I was told it couldn't be done. Called customer service, albeit after several months of the beds splitting apart and moving. But after I went into the store to inquire, and was told I'd need to pay for the installers to come make it right.
Not happy. "If you'd have called us the next day.". Well, when the 'professional' installer that you, Mattress Firm, hires states it can't be done, one believes them. I finally dug through paperwork and found out it is supposed to be done.
Mattress Firm did tell me that they could tell me how to do it. I ha e the instructions, it's just too heavy for us. Very disappointed.

We bought the top of the line mattress and frame that move you into every position, that part is great. We've had our mattress changed out 2 times. The last one was over a year ago. I hate this mattress, we spent so much money on these split king mattress it's was over 10,000 dollars…. Now a year and a half later there's nothing we can do. I was in an auto accident and the sales rep insisted this would be the bed to go to, an adjustable bed with a mattress firm cooling gel all the bells and whistles. It was a lot of money, but I hurt so much to lay down. We have had these for 2 yrs my husband and I hate the mattress but I can't afford to replace them. These mattress a piece were 3500 so now we're stuck and I wake up every nite from the pain it gives me.

Bad experience! I bought a Queen size Stearns and Foster super expensive($2100) Mattress from Mattress Firm approximately 2 weeks ago, they mentioned about final sale. The mattress damaged my lumbar spine so got a urgent doctor recommendation to return it ASAP. I was trying to reach the manager, waiting for the manager response for 10 days and he (Thomas) refused to take it back to reimburse my money. Buyer beware. Lost of time and money. Very sad.
You will not have phone communications, only chatting if there are issues. Once ordered you can't cancel even in next 5 min. Not worth of time and hassle.
