I purchased a queen size mattress from mattresssouq, its really comfortable and i slept really good.
Thanks to the customer support team (sorry forgot name) also for helping me from choosing the right mattress.

I bought the Mattress Relaxo pedic hybrid bed and I was really impressed! Though this is a pricey bed
But I don't have regrets as my back pain has disappeared after using this bed.

The Manager of this company as well is very accomodating and helpful.

I purchased a mattress from mattress souq. The mattress was delivered as per my delivery instructions. I made a mistake with the size of the mattress, but the mattresssouq team changed without any hassle. I highly recommend mattress souq for people who wants mattress online

Recently purchased one Dr. Ortho mattress. Quality, customer service, delivery it was a fantastic experience combo.

Me and my wife bought a spring Air relaxopedic Hybrid mattress from Mattresssouq.
Our overall experience was great.
The mattress consultant suggested the perfect mattress to us and we are loving it.
Mattresssouq team was available to us at all times.
Delivery did got a delayed by 2 hours but it was smooth and on the promised date.

I would like to highly recommend mattresssouq to anyone who wants a quality specialized mattress for backpain relief.

Awful customer service!
I have placed an order for my king size bed from West Elm. The dimensions were not as per the order and the mattress looks smaller from the sides! Surprisingly, when I called to ask why it was not as per my order, the representative said there is no return or change for a costume size mattress without even listening to me! After two hours, they called and suggested changing it, the representative is a big player and manipulative person. He acted as if he is doing me a favor, kept me for two days at home saying his team would come and collect the wrong mattress and change it, they never came and instead everyday that I call to follow up, he changes his word and makes me wait for another day. This took them 5 days so far while he promised 2 days!
Now that I check the reviews in trustpilot, I see similar experiences, especially from the employee who would never stop lying.
I do not recommend this place! Zero customer service!

They provide horrible quality talk very rude to their customer and lie about offering returns. If you ask for a return they will tell you to pick it up the next day but instead of picking it up they block your number and never pick your mattress up. Stay away from them!

Let me tell you about my bad experience with this matresssouq.
1. After I paid, I needed to insist several times for getting a delivery slot.
2. The quality of the product is bad and does not reflect the description. The Nature-Latex PEDIC is super light and not comfortable at all. It makes me think of some cheap foam.
3. I reaqested a refund, and I struggled to get the payment back
4. After contacting Matresssouq 6 or 7 times, they never came back to pick up their useless "trash" (yes, this is what it became)
5. They are constantly lying on the chat and on the phone.

My advice: If you want to save your money and your time, stay away from this cheap company

Don not buy from Mattress Souq, matresses received are not as what specified in their web, mattreses receive does not worth 10% of what I paid, they sent latex mattreses of very light weight. In compare with latex mattreses I am currently using since 8 years, the weight are 4 times of the one they sent to me. Mattress souq were contacted but rejected to return them. So do not try to deal with such website.
