I've had so many different mounts for my phone and they either dropped my phone because it didn't fit. It was extremely expensive. With the Max charger phone mount was easy to assemble and my phone works perfectly and fits great. Best money I've spent so far.

Bought a charger from this company. When I got it it didn't work. I contacted customer service and they said they would need to look into it. I never heard back even after contacting them again. They sell cheap chargers with bad components. Also if you look at the early positive comments made on the site it looks like its the same person/people saying good things about the company. They like to double space and make the same/similar grammar mistakes.

Bought a charger from this company. When I got it it didn't work. I contacted customer service and they said they would need to look into it. I never heard back even after contacting them again. They sell cheap chargers with bad components.

Charger broke after 4 months. Can't ever get anyone by phone. Email support is repetitive and they ask for something else after you provide them what you are looking for. Now they want a serial number to my MacBook pro after sending their defective junk back. They say its to make sure they are sending the right product. However it didn't matter when I purchased it. They should be shut down

Like many others we ordered a charger for our mac book pro. Received it quickly but it only worked for 1 week. Sent it back for replacement. Was told 5 days shipping. Now 8 days later, no charger. We were given a tracking number for USPS. Surprise, invalid! Phone message always says it is after normal business hours. (I called at 2:00 PM est)
Will try the attorney general. Any positive reviews on this site have the poor english mistakes typical of off shore scams. Obvious plants. Don't make the same mistake we did.

My experience with Max Chargers was horrible. The device they sent was defective. I called their customer support line, twice, and each time, waited on hold for 30 minutes and then got disconnected. All the while the voice on hold said "someone will be with you in less than 5 minutes." Extremely poor customer service, and I ultimately shipped the item back and had to put the charge as a fraud alert on my credit card. SCAM

This company is the worst. They go under many names and when they get too many complains on one site like Batteryhop.com they close the site and their phones and start under a new name.
If your item breaks forget about refund or return, you will never get anything back from them other than a waste of time on emails and phone calls and a headache.

Would not recommend anyone make a purchase here. The very prompt shipping was the only positive, however, the product itself is defective. They claim to have a one-year warranty, but they failed to respond when I said I needed a replacement charger and was willing to mail back the previous faulty one. Will see if I can get a refund, but very doubtful.

Bought a charger for my MacBook Pro. Worked for two weeks and overheated and stopped working. They sent me a shipping label to return the product and get a new one for the "one year warranty" but 2 months later still haven't received it. Called them every day asking them for tracking information and they say they're going to send me it the next day and never do. Such a scam. Don't waste your time with max chargers like I did.

I ordered a charger which they claim got stuck in Texas for 2 weeks "due to weather". I moved and changed my shipping address and the idiots emailed me about an incorrect zip code where they made put O(letter) instead of 0(zero) in my zip code. In the email thread they accidentally emailed another disatisfied customer who claimed they never gave him his money back for a product he did not receive! SCAM!

I'm not much of an online shopper and it makes me nervous especially this is my first time to order products online. The charger arrives at my expectations fast delivery and good quality. I would give this site a 5 stars in credibly satisfied customer!

Like all the others here (class-action suit, anyone?) I ordered it, payment process immediately, they send a very official looking USPS tracking email - that only tells you that they've notified USPS that "it's coming." It's been 7 days since I ordered it and it doesn't look like it's even on the way.
I called - was put on hold for more than half hour - only to be told I can maybe expect it sometime late next week. (dog barking in the background). SCAM company. I'm going to research who I can report them to. This is unacceptable.

Do NOT ever buy from this company. Their website looks professional, but they are absolute scam artists. I ordered a charger from them last year. They immediately took the money out of my account but I am still waiting for my charger. It did not matter how many e-mails I sent or calls I made, they always put me off, telling me they'd look into it. (They must still be looking a year later.) They change their name every few months because they have such a horrible reputation. They were BatteryHop when they suckered me. Save your money and yourself a lot of aggravation, do NOT order a thing from this "company."

Cancel and opted to get a refund,

Since i have already found my old

Charger, upon calling to cancel the

Order, i did receive an automatic

Confirmation that cancellation has

Been done and automatic they've

Processed a credit back on to my

Account. Thank you so very much!

I bought a Macbook power adapter from maxchargers in August 2016, it went dead 4 months later. It has a one year warranty.
So I called the company during their normal business hours (called Thursday and Friday at 2PM EST) and their voice mail continually says they are closed. BIG RED FLAG. So I emailed *******@maxchargers.com and never received a reply.

Similarly to many others, I'm still waiting for my charger to begin shipping 11 days after paying for it. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for a long time and then the "please hold" automated message went silent, save for quiet noises, as though someone took the phone off the receiver and just left it off until I hung up. I'm going to be doing a chargeback if I don't get word of this damn thing tomorrow.

This company does business under several names: Max Chargers, Power Pike, 24 Hours Chargers. You pay for genuine products, and get knock offs. You pay for expedited shipping, and orders arrive after 3 weeks. No customer support, and no working telephone lines. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I still have not received my charger although being notified it was shipped a week ago. I cannot track my number because the USPS number they gave me is unavailable.

Update** It came in the mail a little late, but i tried it out and it seems to be working fine. I am satisfied with the product considering the price.

Ordered and received in good time... Wrong item sent... returned... have called them 5 times about my refund... no refund. I am going to the state attorney General.

Seems to be a totally fraud of a company.

Well at first I thought I was scammed but somehow they were able to resolve my issue. Granted me free charger unit because I received their item defective and that they have replied late but overall I was satisfied because they are true to their customers and how they apologize.

I highly recommend Max chargers because they have the best customer service support online. The support recommends whats best for you and to your gadgets. All of them are well trained. The products are cheap but the quality is superb and the followup care is great. I highly recommend Max chargers.

Been over 8 days, package still has not been shipped. Nikki, barely speaks english and can not help you. She has given a different answer to me each time I've called. I heard a rooster crowing in background, a dog barking and children running around laughing. Most unprofessional business ever. Asked to speak to a supervisor, she said her name is roanna. When i asked for the number she said she can't give me the supervisor information, but will inform her to call me. Refund should be expected in 3 days... We will see.
