I made the mistake of ordering 90 k gold and have been waiting two weeks with all the same Bla Bla Bla B S everyone else is getting. Don't buy from these people.

Probably the worst gil/gold trading site you can find. Complete scam. Pay your money and lose your gil. Dont touch this site, you will just lose your money. Used Paypal to dispute the claim and even during the dispute period nothing was done to resolve the dispute. Site owner will talk online but will refuse to trade the gil and keep stalling with excuses. STAY AWAY

$#*! THIS COMPANY. I sent them over five emails, and they ignored every one. My emails were complaints about not receiving my gold. They only replied once, saying they would deliver it in three hours. I was on the whole night waiting. I purchased 3000 Gold, and I've gotten nothing. I threatened to report their site, giving them nine more hours to deliver my gold, or I'd follow through. Lets hope I actually receive it.

This site has pretty much NO customer service. Any rules/guarantees are not true. I order 2 million kinah and it took 1 month to receive it after day to day, every single day harrasement of return my money, saying i contacted paypal, etc etc. Don't order if you need gold quickly.

Phones don't work at their "HQ", live chat is a joke.

This is the worst web site of this type I have encountered lately. They lied about their product and abilities from the minute I bought from them. After two days of arguing with them, I some how found this site. I wish I had known about this before getting took by their ads. When I contacted paypal and asked for a refund there was no argument from gamegold. Immediate refund. Stay away from them!

This service is awful. My first experience with them was excellent. I got my gold within 3 hours more or less, in one amount. My second experience was piss poor. It took over 1 day and a half, and that was with constant e-mail and live chat (both of which are a joke).
However, I decided to go with them one final time, too see which of my previous two experiences was more representative of the service, and that was a mistake on my end :( They were just as awful the 3rd time, if not worse. Over 2 days and counting.

Worst website Ive ever been at. I mean, ive bought at many other websites that sell or give the same service and this one by far is the worst in customer service and they lie to you. They promise you a time frame or amount and they don't complete it. They keep you on hold forever and paypal should remove them from using its services.

I got SCREWED by this company. But here's the good news, and I hope anyone in my situation reads this. You can get your money back! That's right. Paypal can't do $#*! for you. So don't even bother filing a dispute with them. Instead, wait for it to post to your credit card. Call your credit card company and explain that you never received the virtual goods. They'll do a chargeback. You'll get your money back and maxgamegold can sit and spin. Chinese mohter$#*!ers. Good luck

This site is a total rip off. I was dumb and didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing gold. I only purchased 3K gold. Waited 4 days. Now I have a claim open with paypal. All contact information for maxgamegold is wrong or disconnected. They won't give you your gold but they will take your money!

Be aware of this site when you are shopping in-game gold! My experience with them is that they are not totally fraudulent, meaning that they do carry inventory but they will make you feel like you got scammed by making up excuses to delay the delivery

I decided to buy maplestory mesos from them after their web ad promised instant delivery with live chat support but it turned out their contact number was not valid and the rep would just come up excuses delaying my delivery. I had to open Paypal dispute and tell them I will not close until I get the gold. The rep actually told me "Fine, you won" and finally the delivery was made. What a hassle.

My advice: Stay away from them, do not fall for their advertisement. If you still want to try, expect a lengthy fight with them for your gold

I don't think anyone deserves to go through the torture that this site puts their customers through. I was promised a 3-15 minute delivery time by a very unresponsive representative who could barely type simple English. Immediately after placing my order, the system had apparently 'maintenanced'(wtf) and it would take 6 hours to deliver my gold. After constantly opening up live chats asking for a refund for my order, I received my gold 14 hours later. The best thing to do if you happen to place your order before reading the site's terrible reviews is to try to get a refund.

I just recently had the misfortune of ordering gold through this website. They have terrible customer service. Claim to have X amount of gold on your server and it is supposedly delivered 15m-12h with a promise of double compensation if it takes more then 3 hours. Here I am 52 hours after ordering. To get what I ordered (not double, not anything extra) I had to open a PayPal Dispute case. NEVER and I mean NEVER use this website.

Think about it. I went out of my way to register for a review website to COMPLAIN that the service is THAT bad. Trust me when I say, this is not worth the hassle.

This website is horrible. Absolutely horrible. The customer service is bad, the "24/7" phone does not get answered no matter what time of day, and I have been waiting for over three days now for an order of 7000 gold. I don't even know if they will ever give it to me. Many of the customer service responses are automated, and as far as I know, they do not hold up their promise on the double compensation. They will not give you your gold if you give them the opportunity. Do not give them that opportunity by bugging the hell out of them.

Absolutely a scam company here. AVOID at all costs no replies and have filed a paypal dispute with them. They are conected to IGS.COM so avoid them also.

This website sucks. I just orders 2k they said 5mins and it been over a hour i keep talking to the live chat lady and im about to open a dispute and contact the FBI because there a scaming website. Ive got 5 websites shut down cause the tried to scam me lol and this one if next

I wrote this Review to They're site after having Words with them, I also have sent it into PayPal on why this site even exists with them Anyways I'll list the review down on what I actually said to them, you can kinda see how my experience was, and why to never use this site.

"Was doing a Review for Paypal about your site: Your 24/7 phone number doesn't work and is often out of order. Your customer service is ridiculously poor, you don't talk to people as if you're a person yourself. I didn't put up a dispute until now on why this site is even in existence or why paypal holds to it, the way you threaten people to take down disputes from PayPal or they don't get product. It's stealing money to whom it concerns to your boss or to whatever monkey leading this dirt-poor company, misleading customers saying you have product on all servers, when indeed you have in-fact almost nothing. Your Disclaimer is a LIE on false advertisement 15 minutes or less 1 hour and double compensation. (No one in the history of Reviews has noted a Compensation bonus for you being late on your word) and among that no one has had 15 minutes to an hour, your time schemes are 10 hours- up to 5 days. More like Time Scams... How Fraud this site is and how unsatisfying the actual Customer service is, is beyond me it has simply none. Either your boss is a leader of a concentration Camp or he just has no Morals in leading a proper customer reputable business. Your boss pays for the Ad-Words on Google that he probably shouldn't cause he should probably be paying for manner school, brushing up on his manners. I would start looking for a new Job, a Proper boss that can run something reputable/profitable without scam, Some People Skills, English schooling and languages. They do not hold up to what they promise. It took over three days to get all of my gold and only because I kept contacting them. Their service is horrible, they keep you on hold and never get back to you and then when you ask for any sort of information about their promise and guarantee they say they can't help with that only their boss can. When I asked for the contact information for him, they said they would call. After that they quit responding to anything I asked or sent. It is a major waste of time and money and I recommend that no one ever use their site. I only wish I would have found the complaints about their site before I used them!

Well after reading some of the reveiws i should have check these guys out first, however this to is my thrid (and final) time. On october 26 i purchase gold instantly received 1/3 of the order and since then i am getting the run around. Its november 17, almost a month and im getting not replys to emails phone calls i opened an aim account just to try that nothing im seriously PISSED. I wish there was something i could do to get my money back. DONT EVER USE THIS SITE for those smart ppl that research thing before they to them

This website is a joke they promise to process your order between 15 min and 12 hours but if your order is not receive within 3 hours they will double your amount. Well i tried them and found them lacking! After 12 hours i still had not received full order only part of it and i used their live chat ( which is a joke) they don't respond have of the time a 3 days later i still have not received all that they promised. Ive tried contacting them via their live chat and they won't even respond. They are a joke i highly HIGHLY recommend that you avoid them like the plague. Now im gonna contact my credit card company and see about canceling that purchase :) ive given them ample opportunities to resolve this even tried their 24/7 telephone no (that they don't answer) o well their loss. Im gonna spend the better part of the next week reporting them so i hope they get what they deserve.

I ordered 10,000 gold. After 12 hours, I contacted them again and asked when they would deliver. They told me to log on. I did. They gave me 8,400 in gold. I was told I would get the rest in 4 to 6 hours. 8 hours later I contacted them... no answer. The live chat lady can and will respond when she likes. All you type they can see. I ended up filing a paypal dispute and they still haven't delivered after two days the rest of my gold. I have escalated it to a clam now... for $5.00, lol. They are a dishonorable company and I'm surprised that paypal allows them to do business using them. The phone number works but they don't always answer. They lie and have you login and then they don't show. Don't buy from them and last of all don't trust them. They are a truly terrible company.

Wow. This has got to be one of the worst sites for purchasing. The live chat was full of system messages sayin the same stuff over and over. I made a purchase. Went to check the status or the order and was told that in order to complete the transaction, i had to send a pic of my identification card and/or credit card! Seriously it kinda through me off at first but they were serious.
Of course i said $%#@ no! It was said to me that the pics were needed in order to confirm my identity which they didnt know in the first place. So after hours of getting the run around i asked for a refund and am currently waiting. DONT USE Maxgamegold.com. You have been warned.

I currently have a paypal dispute with them, as 25 hours later they did not deliver the 10k gold in world of warcraft they promised. Once I entered the dispute, after ignoring me for 4 hours, they call me within 5 minutes asking me to remove the dispute. I told them I would remove the dispute once they delivered the promised gold, and they refused to give it to me saying I have to remove the dispute first. If you close a paypal dispute, you CAN NOT reopen it, and lose all protection to your money. Interesting that the only other time I disputed something, the company made it good wihtout asking about the claim status, while this one was VERY concerned about taking my protection away from me before they supposedly would deliver the gold. Obviously a scam site. In there terms of use agreement, they say that they can not be held responsible for any viruses or malware infected on your computer by visiting their site and or recieveing emails from them.
