I had been looking for a "hybrid" generator and I found Max Tools on E-bay. Their price was great, but the shipping carrier that was chosen for final delivery was not as "professional" as they needed to be. The customer service agent at Max Tools Factory Outlet was extremely helpful, and the product was finally delivered, after 3 scheduled delivery dates. I recommend Max Tools Factory Outlet, and hope that they will be more selective with the freight carriers that they choose for the final delivery of their quality products.
BUYER BEWARE! This place is a scam. They charged me for 2 and only shipped me one and will not answer the phone. They won't help me at all. They know the system in ebay on how to scam. I just want what I paid for.

Maxtool stole $3000. 00 from us. Worst company ever. Support is horrible and they are all liars. Purchased items from them. They sent incomplete orders that they could not take care of. Filed for a return of incomplete products through their process. (nightmare).
Retuned my items. And they won't refund our money.
