Mayradress

This company provides overpriced products for some of the worst quality out there. They sent me the wrong item and dirty products. I purchased a black dress and received a blue one... I also received an xlarge dress over small. When I contacted customer service. They told me I had to pay to return their crappy product. They do not offer any customer service nor work with you on refunds or returns.

I saw Mayradress's Instagram ad and purchased an outfit. After nine days with no shipping notification, I emailed them and the response I received seemed a little unprofessional, which made me nervous. I went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refunded my money for me, and I'm glad they took care of it because it seems like Mayradress would absolutely not have judging by the other reviews here.

I ordered 217 us dollars worth of merchandise. Out of the 8 item I ordered 7 were see thru poor quality material. I followed the return request outlined on the website. I have been offered 21 us dollars and am being told it's too expensive to ship back and the cost of the return is on me. I have over 15 emails going back and forth with this company. I've reported them to my credit card company and pay pal. The customer service is terrible! Don't buy anything from this company! You will be terribly dissatisfied!

I received a pants set. I couldn't get the top off without help (no zipper) and the legs of the pants would fix someone three times my size. I asked to send it back for a refund. They said it would cost me to much so they would give me a big discount on something else. Good try, now I'm stuck with an out fit that no one can wear. I will not be ordering from Instagram again. You just can't trust it!

As others have said, this company is absolutely horrible. I have never felt worse quality clothing in my life. They don't accept returns and are extremely unprofessional. I lost $70.

Material is cheap and see through. Return would have cost me $60! They had no other option so now I've spent $90 on 2 dresses I can never wear.

I emailed them BEFORE I ordered to make sure I could return the items if they didn't fit. They emailed me back. Yes. So the 2 articles I ordered turned out to be too small. I emailed them with my order number as they indicated on their website and asked them for an exchange of size. They emailed me back saying that it was too expensive to ship items and I should just give them to charity and they would give me a discount on my next order. I never want to order from these scam artists again! That's $55 I lost!

I saw this company advertised on Facebook. I should have known that it was a scam. I ordered from them anyway and despite them guaranteeing a speedy delivery, it took over two months! I tried emailing them several times, but they never responded. When the order finally arrived, the pants were much smaller than stated on the website. And even though their website offered returns, they told me it was too expensive to pay for postage and I'd have to keep my order. Clearly, this company is operating out of China. BEWARE! They just want to take your money. Shame on PayPal for being in business with them.

I ordered jeans which came in the wrong size. When I informed them I was told they don't take returns because shipping to China is too expensive. But if I buy something else they will give me a big discount. Are they kidding! What a total waste of money... terrible company... steer clear!

Their clothes are low quality and they are based in China. Imposible to return items. Terrible experience!

My wife ordered from Mayradress via a Facebook ad. The photos looked great. The product she received was extremely poor quality and did not fit as it was described. I requested to return the item for a refund. Mayradress customer service was at first nonresponsive but eventually responded requesting photos. They offered to refund $4 usd for a product that cost $38 plus $5 shipping. We could return the item but would have to pay shipping to China which they acknowledged was cost prohibitive and still get only the $4 usd refund. Mayradress is SCAM. Don't waste your time or money.

This website is definitely a scam, items poorly made, not true to size no refund or exchange options! They recommend you give the items away, they will NOT pay return shipping.

Terrible company. Quality very bad. Return you have to pay China shipping. Worse dress company. They offer you 6.00 to keep the clothes.
