Took 4 days longer than told to ship then I get the wrong part tried calling it was a weekend so understandable but I haven't received a call back got an email back asking for proof I have sent that at this time they have asked me to change the review on eBay seems like that's more of a priority than actually sending me the right item and made sure to change there add to include that the photo is a stock photo to show the item but it's ok I have a screenshot of the original post so the BBB will know if they try anything

False advertisement and will "attempt to correct the error" by either asking for more money or just canceling the order entirely. I understand that software mistakes happen and third parties can cause an issue at times but that shouldn't cost the consumer for the extended partners errors. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sorry for the issue with your order!

As you can see from the attached email that we sent to the buyer (notifying him of the issue that happened with his order) was out of our control and was not our fault. We explained in detail what happened and provided him 3 options to resolve the issue. Keep in mind the marketplace (who knew of the issue and the circumstances surrounding it) told us just to cancel and refund the orders and we did not even have to provide an explanation as these things happen. We did not feel that was the right thing to do, so we sent out the email to explain the situation and offered options. Please read the proof he provided with this review and you will see we did what we could to help him.

It was not a "false advertisement" as this buyer claims. We explained in depth what happened with his order (and many other orders at the time).

This fellow was just upset that he could not get a set of tires for a single tire price that he paid (due to the error).

Automation is great when it works but can be a giant mess when it does not work as it should. Nothing works perfectly 100% of the time including 3rd party software. He states he understands mistakes and third-party issues yet went out of his way to write this review after we contacted him about the problem and provided options to resolve it.

We are a family run business that prides ourselves in doing right by our customers. We try to treat others as we would like to be treated!

We do what we can but, in the end, not everyone can be pleased. Sorry :(

I would not buy from this business unless you like waiting weeks for a simple delivery that should be a day or two at the lost. They don't Prioritize their customers.

Sorry for the issue with your order. We actually reached out to the buyer to explain that they ordered qty 6 of an item but only qty 4 were left. We asked if they wanted the qty 4 shipped and refunded for qty 2 or a refund for all. Buyer choose the refund. So we refunded the buyer in full for the order as they requested.

They do what they say they are going to do and they do it! They also keep one fully informed about pickups and deliveries. Fast and polite service always.

"Shipped" on the 11th and recieved on the 16th. I live 2 miles from this place. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Did some checking on this and see that the order was delivered within the estimated time frame provided to the buyer (in the eBay listing he purchased from). We ship orders in the order they are received and not by location to be fair to all of our customers. I also see that eBay agreed that we fulfilled the order within the time stated so they removed his negative feedback. Buyer had expectations that do not align with the time frame that was stated in the listing he purchased from (and he agreed to when he made the purchase).

UPDATE: As you all can see, and just as predicted, MC Powersucks residential troll came in and wrote the 3 page letter rebuttal... again blaming everything on the customer that they screwed over... just like every other review thats been left by multipel people for this crappy company
Would it not have been easiert to avoid all of this by doing the right thing? Guess not.
Amazon clearly thought they were in the wrong as well, and after speaking with them, they refunded me the balance of my payment that MC Powersucks attempted to steal. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY for acting this way. Simple unbelieveable that after so many NEGATIVE reviews and upset customers, that they still dont get it!

(Original post) MADE THE BIG MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THEM BEFORE CHECKING REVIEWS. After receiving the chinese made knock off product (thought I was buying the real deal. It wasnt) I decided it clearly was not going to work. I decided to pack it back up in its original packaging and send it back. Thier 'stated' restock fee is 20%. (whatever. Co wouldnt need one, if their products were of any quality)
Instead they hit me with a 30% restock fee ($8. On $24 purchase)
Wow! How unethical can you get?... if they spent even half the time correcting mistakes, doing the right thing to begin with and making sure paying customers are taken care of when there is an issue - instead of writting out long winded, incoherant responses, blaming the custoemrs for everything - to the dozens of compalints they are racking up. Perhaps thier company wouldnt be rated 1 star here and... well, just about everywhere!
VERY bad biz from start to finish.
AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS CLOWN OPERATION!

F. G. is not being truthful, here are the facts.

1. We are an authorized dealer for this brand and only sell new and genuine products that we source directly from the manufacturer / supplier. We shipped what the buyer ordered and what the listing was for. Buyer ordered a powersports replacement part and that is what he received. This is not a universal part and is specific to the model / part number that the listing stated it was for.

2. Buyer opened a return request through the marketplace he purchased the item on and stated in that request “too aggressive texture. Sorry, not for me”. This was an automated request via the marketplace so he was provided the RA # and return policy with instructions on how to return the item for a refund (in those instructions it reminded the buyer about our restock fee and the return label being deducted from the refund etc.). Buyer never contacted us about an issue with his order nor did he bring up any concerns about the items authenticity. He only contacted us after his return was completed inquiring about his refund. We replied to him and explained the policy, what was deducted and why. We even reached out to the buyer via phone and email with no response from him.

We state in our return policy for this marketplace: In the event a return tag is provided, the cost of the tag will be deducted from your refund as well as the 10% restock fee.

When buyer returned the item it was inspected and we confirmed that we sent the exact genuine product the buyer ordered / listing the was for. Therefore the return policy applies. So the 10% restock fee of $2.42 and the return label cost of $4.46 was deducted from the $24.24 cost of the item (net refund is 17.36). Not a 30% restock fee like buyer claims!

3. Buyer was nasty and left an untruthful feedback on the marketplace (similar to the false claims he is making here). The marketplace reviewed this and removed it because he was not being truthful about the transaction, item or the refund provided.

We always work with our customers to solve issues when we are made aware of them. We are a family owned business that takes pride in helping out our valued customers!

I bought a helmet and shirt from them. Shipping was quick. I had a couple followup emails later and they replied that same day.

Tip for consumers:
be patient. i own a business too and i always see buyers lose their cool cause we do not reply immediately to them. if this seller is like us, we have tons emails a day and just 2 people answering them

I bought a Helmet, they sent a helmet that was mismarked from the factory, they refunded only Half of my money $120 restocking fee for something that needed to go back to Nolan helmets.
Would not return phone calls (4) or emails.

Buyer did not like the size / fit of the helmet. As we explained to the buyer all helmet makes and models fit differently (even those of a brand you have purchased or worn in the past). We offered to help buyer with a size exchange or a return. We returned all buyer emails and provided the buyer with an RA # for return (what he choose) and our policy conditions required for the item he wanted to send back (item must be in new condition / not used and include all factory tags / packaging etc...). Helmet was inspected and it was not miss-marked as he claims (we matched it up to several others of this model and everything was normal). Buyer sent back a helmet missing the protective shield clings, tags were detached, it smelled like smoke, scratches on the shield, it had hair in the liner, and a few stone chips on it. It is oblivious the buyer used the helmet then tried to return it as new. We processed the return in accordance with the marketplace policy (per their instructions) for when a buyer returns an item in this type of condition. He was reported to the marketplace for how he sent this back and for the threatening messages he left on our voicemail (this is why we did not return his last phone call). Buyer tried to strong arm us and made threats, but we refuse to play games.

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. FALSE ADVERTISING. DOES NOT HONOR ALL SALES ATTEMPTS TO GET MORE MONEY FOR ITEMS SOLD AND/OR WILL NOT SHIP

As with most high volume sellers we use various automated 3rd party software to list and price items automatically. Usually all goes well, but sometimes glitches can happen! When it does we will contact the buyer explain the situation and offer options. In this case an expensive item listed for a very low price (which is why the buyer made the purchase as the price was too good to be true). If we could have just shipped it we would have, but simply could not take such a large loss. The marketplaces understand that these issue can happen that are out of our hands and allow us to cancel / refund a sale if necessary. So we offered the item to the buyer at our cost or a full refund. A full refund was done as the buyer was not reasonable. Sorry for the issue!

Poor customer service. Ordered a rear sprocket for my motorcycle through eBay. It said it would fit my motorcycle but when it came time to put it on I found out that it was the wrong one. Long story short, the return policy time frame expired but they said they would give me a discount on what I needed since they goofed. But they left me hanging over the weekend & I haven't heard back from them after exchanging several emails last week & waiting patiently until it was closing time to ask what was going on. They obviously don't know what they're doing. I sent them a detailed description of what I needed & what type of vehicle it was for. I'm sure they just didn't want to lose a few dollars which they could've made back easily since I was prepared to send back the flawless part they sent me by mistake. They threatened me with "legal action" all because I left a review on Google. I just wanted answers. This is a fine example of customer service at its worst! Do yourself a favor and don't ever order anything from MC Powersports. The MC must stand for Mad & Crazy because that's how whoever I was emailing was acting. Childish at best!

Buyer purchased a part from our eBay store on 4/30/16. We sent the part that was ordered to the buyer and it
Was delivered 5/3/2016. Buyer never stated he had any issues with the product after delivery was made to him.
He emails us 8/2/2017 (well over a year later) and now states there is a problem. We explain that our listing
States we have a 30 day return / exchange policy period. Since he is now well over a year past that period, the
Item is not eligible for return. Through email communication with the buyer we determine he ordered the
Incorrect part for his application to begin with. Even Though we are well past the expiration of the time period
For exchange / return we decide to try and help him with an exchange to the part he needs. He makes threats to
Write bad reviews if we do not help him. Despite these threats we continue to try and help him in good faith. We
Ask for more information as to what machine the part needs to fit etc... (in order to locate the part he may
Need). He becomes rude and impatient with our customer service rep. That is trying to help him. Our last email
To him was at the end of business on 8/4/2017 where we asked for one more last piece of critical information
That was needed to determine the correct part for his application (in order to help him complete an exchange).
He emailed back later that Friday (which we did not receive until Monday). As we are not open and do not
Respond to emails over the weekend, we received his response late in the day on Monday 8/7/17. We respond to
All emails in the order they are received. He was impatient and instead of waiting for our response on Monday
To complete the exchange, he gets upset and sends us a rude email and then leaves us a non-deserved /
Slanderous review of our business. Once our customer service rep. Sees this he reports the buyer's behavior to
Management. It is our policy to discontinue communication and help to those who are rude and threatening.
This individual has taken steps to deliberately hurt our good reputation after we went above and beyond to try
And help him. We let him know we were no longer interested in helping him because of his behavior and
Actions. We would not have further communication with him in regards to this issue. We did state that if
Continued making threats against the business we would have our legal counsel deal with it.

BBB reviewed his complaint and stated:"Your company has made a good faith effort in an attempt to resolve this issue; therefore we are closing the case at this time."

Even the BBB had found that we did nothing wrong!
