This company responds to reviews, but usually not within the first month
One of the reasons I buy Pandora plays from Media Mister is that it delivers plays from only authentic profile users. With no bots or fake profiles involved, my profile remains clean and safe in the eyes of the platform. Plus, with more real plays, the algorithm also wants to push my content automatically. I also love that it uses a secure payment mode.
Just bought some LinkedIn reactions (likes) and instead of likes they started posting comments with hearts and say that there is no way they can cancel that. Here is an exact quote from their support: "We are delivering the likes through digital campaigns.We have noticed that your orders for other posts are currently in progress. At this stage, we are unable to cancel your order. However, please be assured that you will receive the likes within a few days." They deliver the wrong thing and don't care at all.

Beware of this agency, it's a 100% scam. They have chat support, but once you purchase an order, they remove the chat option. They hold orders for 3-5 days without completing them, and you receive zero traffic. On the fifth day, they suddenly make chat support available again to push for the next order. I use Ad Manager, and AdX updates every 2-3 hours, yet there's no record of them providing traffic. Some people gave them 5-star reviews, but I believe those are paid reviews. Don't be fooled by this site.
I purchased from this company & did not receive services as purchased. I emailed several times and it takes days for them to respond only to finally say that order will be reprocessed and fixed after providing proof that it's not being delivered each time. After reprocessing TWICE services still not received. I am now disputing but please beware that you're not likely to receive services and their responses will not yield results after going back and forth for days.

I purchased 10,000 instagram followers. They were supposed to be delivered over 4-7 days to look natural. Well, they came in about 10 minutes looking not so natural. Then 5000 of them disappeared overnight. So I paid for 10k and got 5k. They will not respond to support emails. I'll be filing a chargeback to get my money back. It's crazy how expensive these guys are and they can't even do what they say they are going to do.

Stay away. I paid for 500 reviews. Delivery came fine, but I was not happy with the results since they all looked fake and new accounts. I wrote that in my review gave them 4 stars. My review was not posted, and then they started stealing the follows off my account. I paid for 500 and they started to pull them off. Stay away from this company. Their customer support is trash and won't answer you I am disputing my $12 just because they are $#*!s

I tried to buy some of their services, but before doing so I asked the online support some clarification question, since there was no FAQs on the website to explain what one was vs the next for some of their product choices that was not self-explanatory.
Note, support initially answered some questions then when I asked one more he appears like he disappeared completely and did not return. I waited for awhile and then the chat eventually showed a closed message, as it said it exited due to inactivity.
So I figured since it was early in the morning, and I had to get some shut eye before getting up again to go to work; I would just follow-up with them via email. As the chat allowed you to send a message.
And After submitting the message, it looked like it automatically created a support ticket. So I went to bed...hoping they will follow-up...but nothing yet.
So, I went back to website ater 11am EST and now its 12:47PM EST, as I left the stuff in my cart, so that after I got the answer, it would help me know if I needed to change something in the cart or add something else.
So, I was also hoping support would come back online and facilitate a quick chat, then I could ask them to close the ticket and finalize my selection and make the purchase. However, support was still not around in the afternoon, though they were there at 1am EST, so if its not 24/7 chat support, I am not sure what are their operating/working hours and service support. So I am still trying to figure that out.
Anyhow, I decided to still make a choice but with a lesser amount for testing. As I could always add more later, when support got back to me.
However, when I went to check out, it would not allow me to use my business bank card to make the purchase, which is extremely odd, since there is more than adequate monies in my account to cover it.
I was able to confirm on 11/15 that the problem was with Media Mister's Stripe payment processor that was blocking the card in the checkout.
As their checkout just gave a message that its unable to authenticate, try a different card.
While the said card have no problems working on other platforms, and I reconfirmed this on 11/15, when I was able to buy services from 2 other online vendors using the same card using their Google Psy option.
*Will update my ratings, if Media Mister support is able to respond to my last questions via email or make chat support available again on their website.

Ask as much questions as needed to understand what you are buying and if you get blocked from chat and/or check out, thats a big enough red flag, so don't ignore it.
Hasn't delivered any of the services purchased, waited for more than a month and when it has been brought to his attention, he just closed orders on his end and replied back that it was delivered. When I showed to him that it is not delivered (LinkedIn employees), he pretend that he brought people who have been already part of my company and who are real people. Acting like a con artist and showing wrong metrics as a proof. Had to open a dispute with my bank.
Would not recommend, avoid at all cost!

I ordered fb shares. They never shared anything they don't answer on support. They just open and close your ticket immediately
The site needs to be removed from GOOGLE, I will contact the United States International Trade Commission.
They are actually a SCAM. They will not deliver on your purchase (even partially) and emails will go unanswered.
The site also looks suspiciously similar to another site, so you might think you are using different providers whereas you are giving your money to the same scammers.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you are ok with flushing your money down the drain.

Very disappointed with Media Mister. Promotion campaign suffered due to steady stream of drop offs, manipulated USA profiles with all friend photos from India. Sent numerous emails with screen shots proving bad profiles and severe drop offs. Customer Service and TECH department made excuses, even denied drop offs! Very overrated company. Do not waste your time using their service.

They are guilty of false advertising, the site needs to be removed from GOOGLE, I plan to contact the International Trade Commission. I ordered 2500 Spotify plays to be delivered within 3-5 business days. After two weeks, I received zero and emailed customer support. They emailed back saying they'd deliver, which they didn't. I emailed again a week after and they sent "your order is complete" with a screenshot of 1500 plays. My Spotify for artists dashboard shows less than 1500, and my order was for 2500 anyway. Every single competitor that offers this service is better, do NOT even give Media Mister a try.
