As a military veteran I have had some amount of difficulty obtaining correct information with regard of how to proceed in getting the appropriate Medicare coverage upon turning 65. Joel G. Was able to provide timely and valuable answers to all of my questions, while also being a good listener. The fact that he was courteous, patient, articulate, and personable made the experience all the more pleasant. I now have a Medicare plan that is right for me and well within my budget! Shawn Reed answered all my questions regarding the differences between plans G & N. I chose the plan which I found to better serve my needs while saving money. The change over was handled quickly and easily. I was pleasantly surprised with the service, I expected someone reading from a script to sell me a plan. Shawn advised me to call or email directly if I had any problems with the insurance or even claims. This is a great company to deal with. Thank you!

I requested info on a medicare supplement policy and was contacted my Maxwell Scott immediately. As we discussed the different options he carefully helped me decide which would be better for my situation and budget. He explained everything so clearly and in no time i was able to sign up for a great supplement plan that meets my needs! I will be recommending Maxwell Scott to all of my friends and family. It was so easy! And I am going to rest easier knowing i have this additional coverage.

I have contacted Elite Insurance 2 times since I signed up with them for my medicare supplemental plans and quite honestly, I couldn't be happier. I have dealt with Jared in Customer Service each time. He is a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to answer any questions. I wish all companies were this wonderful. And Jared thank you for all you do for me when I call.

Responded to an e-mail offer this morning and opted to be called. The phone rang immediately, and Billy Riley came on the line in about 6 minutes. It was clear early on that he was not only every knowledgeable about the many plan options, but that he was truly interested in providing me with the best, least cost option. In addition to finding me a better option for Plan N that I currently hold (up to A+) he arranged to pass me on to the Part D solution.

Agent Al spent 2 hours on the phone with my husband and me today helping us compare Medicare Supplement policies and Rx plans to find what fits best for each of us. He was knowledgeable, courteous, made the process FUN, and showed us how we could save $$$ and get good coverage. A big THANKS to Al and to Cigna for providing such good service mixed with a little fun during the process.

While there have been hiccups along the way of getting established with various supplemental plans, I can heartily say that Connor McKay, Customer Care Specialist, has well-earned his title. He is knowledgeable and responds as promised, which is much, much appreciated!

As a new Medicare person I was totally confused by all the TV commercials about Medicare Advantage plans. Brandon Cahill explained how it works with original Medicare and supplements vs the TV commercials. He set me up with a plan that is perfect for me. Been on the phone for 2 weeks looking for information didn't get much explanation from other Agents, However Yvonne Padilla was the exception. She is friendly, patient, and very informative. My husband and I just joined UnitedHealth Care Plan G. Fortunately we have not use it as far as medical issues is concerned. But I do want to stress that the information, processing and customer service has been amazing, so far. Thanks!
