Medifino

I ordered some face masks for their website without doing too much due diligence on reviews. Goods were shipped in a timely manner but got stuck at Australia Post. Asked for assistance from Medifino but was told it's my problem with Australia Post and provided no assistance to resolve. So my review is to help others not get scammed by Medifino. My fault for not checking reviews of the website.

I received part of my order but one item was missing. I contacted the company via email and was told they could not credit me for the item not received, nor could they send me the missing item. I was told they would give me a "discount code" to reorder the item myself but they would not cover shipping charges. Who ever heard of such a lame policy for a mail order company? Though the website says "MEDIFINO.US", don't be fooled. This is not an American company.

I was a bit concerned after ordering and then reading some of these reviews but my order arrived today, just over 2 weeks to get here. Although it looked like a US website, it shipped from China. The masks seem to be good quality and comfortable so I'm happy.

Do not buy from them. It is a PRC company posing as an Austrian (not Australian) company. Their mask envelope discloses the following: "direct contact between mouth and nose will be detrimental to health?." Products are made in PRC. Seriously. I tried to return these as soon as I ordered them in mid-July. The stone-walled me from the very beginning. They are still sending me form emails, saying that I have to return them to Austria at my expense, eventhough they were shipped from a warehouse in Delaware. This is a scam. I've stopped the charge at my bank. And going to call the DE Attorney General's office to report them.

This is a scam. I placed the order weeks ago and just had emails to rest assured they are working on it. And another email today some discount... just SCAM. STAY AWAY PPL.!

Of course these are made overseas! International flights have been suspended. How do you imagine they would transport them? Broomstick. Get real. Have you even heard of Covid 19?

If you actually want to receive a mask, don't order from medifino. They charge card immediately. Mine was processed 6/25 & it's now 7/19... no mask. I've been told not their problem when emailed. It's been in NJ since 7/9 but this company offers no help. Guess it's a scam.

Received pair of Miami Dolphins tennis shoes, paid $65.00 and they are junk. If I could give them a ZERO for a rating, I would. Stay away from this place. No way to contact them for return and refund.

I ordered 4 masks worth $61AUD and that was almost two months ago. I understand there are often delays in deliveries so I didn't pay much mind to it in the beginning, but after attempting to check the tracking numbers and contacting them the following month, all they just gave me were excuses, like sometimes there are delays or the courier's have forgotten to update the system? I've been patient but these already terrible reviews have me really second guessing. I've contacted them once more and if I don't receive some sort of solution I plan on calling up my bank to dispute my transaction and hopefully get my money back.

I have reviewed this website, Medifino.Us, and it appears to be the successor of the Bravenewlook.com website and business. Both Bravenewlook.Com and Medifino.Us sell the same products for the same price. Their websites are identical, and their advertising and operations are identical. Bravenewlook has very bad reviews and performance. Their phone number is disconnected and they do not respond to email communications. There are many adverse reviews for Bravenewlook.com on the web and I have just recently found Medifino.Us during my search for Bravenewlook.com current contact information.

I had a bad purchase experience with Bravenewlook.com. I ordered some face masks and filters and charged it to my credit card. The credit card charge was processed immediately, and that was the last communication i have had with the company. They do not respond to my communications from their website. They are weeks late on their promised delivery date of my order. I can't find a working phone number for them. Appears to be another internet scam, where the customer always seems to lose.

Avoid both sites if you want to be safe.

Bought 2 pack. Adjuster clip was missing. Pocket for filter was tight with one opening making the filter difficult to insert.

Order masks and filters, received an email stating order was shipped on June 07,2020 Today is June 15,2020 with no delivery and no respond from company when I ask for the status of my order. My order# MF2491US

Bought masks under presumption that they had protection against viruses. They were only dust masks. They were made in China and were made for dust only. I was very disappointed by this transaction.

I finally received my mask and it is very attractive and comfortable. It is made from cotton and comes with a pocket for a filter. I also ordered an extra pack of filters. They have several colors available - I ordered the purple. It took a ling time to get here but I am very happy with it.

How dare you take money and not deliver! Is this how you do business? You should shut down!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MEDIFINO For a start it hides the fact that it is in $US until you have paid for the item. I paid for a pack of eight masks and some filters on 21-7-2020 and all I can get from the company is that they will deliver three days from the order and I have not confirmed my order. They have sent me the confirmation for the order and taken the $AUD 94 money out of my account. If I do not receive the masks today, I will lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC (Australian Competition Consumer Commission today. This company keeps sending promotions for 20 percent off the price of the items but never tells me when I am getting the masks and filters I paid for nine days ago.

Be very careful of this company they are scamming. I purchased thinking I was dealing with an Australian Company. I also thought I was buying in Australian Dollars. I also believed their offer to deliver in three business days.

In the end I ordered late July and the goods arrived in late August.

I have been charged in US$ the goods were shipped from China and when they arrived in Australia they were held in Sydney for best part of a month.

I told them to cancel my order after 14 days and they have offered a discount to keep the goods or have offered to refund all of the goods if I send to Austria.

They are not a US company.
