Purchased from this website and received a damaged heatpack. When messaged on website to see what could be done i received no response. After a few days i emailed instead and received response quickly only to have my messages ignored once i sent photo proof of damaged product. I tried again to email after a few days and still ignored. Product purchased is valued at $75 on their website, could not get a refund or a replacement. When on website trying to request refund the "continue" link takes you back to the "shop" page.
