I've heard about the Mediterranean diet and wanted to incorporate some of the meals in my current lifestyle so bought the cookbook along with a "personalized " meal plan. The pictures of the cookbook on line showed nice colored pictures which I prefer in a cookbook. What I got with my download was a bunch of boring black and white pages with NO pictures. The personalized meal plan requires you to answer 5 or 6 VERY general questions. I would not say my meal plan is personalized at all. Don't bother with this website.
