Horrible experience with them. Two days after we bought the car, check engine light came on. Fixed that problem, three weeks later, came on again, DIFFERENT problem. They knew we were desperate for a car, and DOUBLE charged us. Dishonest staff, unwilling to work with us, awful experience...

These people lie. I've had my car from them for a year and a half. It's been useable for maybe 6 months of that time. I called asking for another option... they said no.

This is the absolute worst company to get into a contract with. I have been lied too and am paying $17,000 for a car that has a trade in value of $5,000 on Kelly Bluebook. This company should be sued for dishonest business practices.

Tip for consumers:
Go to a normal car dealership. This company should be investigated.

No LEMON LAW on used cars, they charge double the value and prey on those trying to get a "reliable" vehicle while bettering their credit. Why are they allowed to still be in business!? Try and get their "mechanic " to take a look at issues... what a joke

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it.

Hey say they want to HELP your credit but they RUIN your credit. RUN FAR AWAY! I repeat. Run! Literally on the way HOME the car felt like the transmission was going out and it wasnt mechanically functioning. They will not work with you no matter how bad your situation gets. They dont tell you how much the car costs until YOU SIGN THE PAPERS TO PURCHASE! Several things went wrong with the car in the first month and they didnt offer to fix when clearly, they knew about it. I was leasing the car for the price of a brand new car. This one having 200,000 miles and being a 2004. Ive never had such a bad experience with any other company. I should have stuck with my gut feeling when entering the pathetic office they like to call a dealership. The employees are way too nice. Like, make you feel uncomfortable nice. Its completely fake and I could see right through it. It honestly seems like such a scam there. They say they will take you to their lot of cars. Which is a few blocks from the office and has an option of maybe 7 or 8 extremely run down, ghetto looking cars. It looked like a junkyard. I was in need of a car ASAP, but I should have looked the other way. I ended up paying 4,000 on a car that wasnt even worth that much to begin with and still owed 9,000 on it. I got so sick of it that I decided to return my car and now have a repossession on my credit. They didnt fix my credit. They ruined it. Also, they dont report to credit agencies when you make payments. They report to them when you DONT make payments. So, my question is, how in any way does that help your credit? The answer is, it doesnt. Pathetic excuse for a company.

10/2015. Signed to buy a 2006 kia. With in the first month the drive train had to be replaced twice. The loner van they gave me the sliding door fell off. In the months following, I have had to replace the power steering pump(now the lines are leaking), tires with in a couple months of getting the car (was told the tires were new). The alignement had to be done. Replaced the cam bolts cause they were so worn from the bad alignment. Have had to replace the air bag sensor, the o2 sensors, the key pad, the back hatch window hydraulics (they said they replaced when I had them do the drive train), the electrical wiring has issues... milage clears out on it own, along with the radio shutting on and off. Lines for the windshield fluid had to be fixed. I have had to spend half as much repairing the pos as I owe on the kia.

Menlove Management,

I writing to voice my concerns as to how I was treated by your staff. Not that I honestly think you care.

On Saturday I was working my second job at Sam's Club where I'm a supervising manager. Around 3pm I received a phone call to my cell. I'm not able to answer the phone during working hours, so I waited till my lunch break to check my voicemail. There was a message from your office in regards to my insurance coverage on the vehicle. I called and left a message a little after 6pm, indicating I did have insurance on the vehicle, and would forward that information to your office first thing Monday morning.

It's apparent my new insurance provider didn't contact your office to update you of my new coverage. At 9:30pm, when I got off work I went to start my car, only to find you had disabled it. At this point my only option was to walk home. On Sunday I called your office, in the hopes of having you re-activate my vehicle. From your phone greeting I learned I would not be able to reach anyone in you office until Tuesday after 9am.

It's important you understand, I'm a single father with two girls, my oldest a high functioning autistic. With my car now stuck in the parking lot at my work, hoping it doesn't get towed, I was left stranded at home. I knew Monday morning I would have no way to get to work at my primary job in Murry. So, Monday I was forced to call in sick.

That night I had to walk to work at Sam's Club about a mile from my home. I obviously had to walk home too.

The worst part was my daughter with autism started back school this morning & was counting on me to take her to school on her first day back. As difficult as it was I was able to get her on the bus & PROMISED to meet her at school to pick her up when she got out.

Life as a single father, working two jobs and raising an at needs child is tough enough. The last thing I need in this world is for you to make it harder. I never want to break the heart of my special girl.

I understand I should have followed up to insure you had the appropriate information. Now that I know who I'm dealing with I will be doubly sure in the future.

Please forward this on to the owner of Menlove.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Biggest rip off ever! You go, fill out all the info, they give you a spill about 0 interest and being the last of the little guys. You tell them what you want your car payments to be, before you even see cars. When I called I spoke to Axel who assured me he had about 50 cars on his lot. When we got there, we saw no cars. They keep them 2 blocks away in a private lot. There were maybe 12 cars. None of the cars have prices, just 1-9#s. We wanted something cheap, so she said to stick in 1-3 catagory. We found a 2002 dodge caravan we were interested in. We asked the cost and she said she can make it work. She came back to tell me she has good news and the payments are right where I wanted them (actually $20 more per mo) when I asked the total cost of the van, she told me... $9,995.00! I about lost it, this can blue books for $3,200.00 when I told her that, she says... I know! But we don't charge interest. Well I can tell you no bank is going to charge interest so high, they make $6000. 00 off of the loan! That is seriously 3xs what the car was worth. They are not there to help you, or get you a good deal on a car, they are there to rape you! It's the biggest scam in Salt Lake City besides low book sales. Needless to say we told Jenny where to stick that car, and we went to a real dealer. I wonder what price she would have quoted me, had I said I wanted my payments 150 instead of 2? Lol! Ridiculous!
