Although Mental Floss is a fun and exciting website, their customer service is terrible and they adhere to rigid policies even when it costs them business. Ugh. I will never shop there again.
A place where every types of news are gathered. You can also choose a random topic to read - just entertainment. And they`ve got an instagram page with some random facts, helps to kill time among other pages.
This has a lot of weird truths I haven't seen on other sites or social media. Some of the ads on the page can get annoying and distracting, but the content itself is interesting and entertaining.
I absolutely love mentalfloss.com. This is the website I frequently visit for news, and I find them to be a reliable source of information. Their articles are well written, and the site itself is fast and easy to navigate. I would like to see more substantive articles, as this site occasionally publishes fluff, but for the most part, I find it to be an excellent website.
There is almost too much happening on the homepage to appreciate what this site has to offer. When you arrive you are greeted by a hodgepodge of links, pictures, and advertisements. When you cut through all the mess you'll find quite a lot of interesting articles and news.
The site also features some fun little quizzes, an amazing fact generator, and a few other things.
I would give this site a 3.5 if I could. It has a bit of an overwhelming design at first look and it does have obnoxious advertisements.
Overall, this site has great potential if they were to clean it up a bit.
