I had a five piece furniture set it took five hours to put together and my husband has terminal lung disease. When we took the cushions out of the plastic they were separated and all coming apart. Walmart gave me the Merax number to call who they purchase from and they would not return calls or even respond to a letter sent certified mail and several emails to their company! FRAUDS! BEWARE!

They sent me the wrong item, bright red instead of a black wine fridge. I asked to return, they wanted to charge me. So I am being charged for your mistake? No. Then they said they'd give me $30 to keep it? $30 for a close to $200 fridge I can't do anything with? I could get more on Facebook marketplace.

I purchased a lift chair from Home Depot and attempted to get support from Merax. A part called the fork which attaches to the frame to lift it snapped. I have been trying to get a replacement part. Their customer service through email keeps insisting on me providing a part number; however, the chair does not come with a part break down of the motor I tried to explain that to them numerous times but they keep asking the same thing. I spoke to someone from their customer service and was told they ebay. No one returns calls not cares for their product. Do not waste your money on these products

Purchased this dryer from an amazon seller called "The Merax Store". All reviews said it was "whisper quiet" so we knew when we started it up and heard this sound, something was definitely wrong with it.

Started a return... and then found out something the seller didn't state in the listing: They don't pay postage for return of any products for any reason... including products received damaged.

My husband even tried to call them via their actual store number and was told... everyone was at lunch. O. O

If this spares just one person from the hell that is dealing with Merax, then it's worth posting this.

I was obligated in choosing one Star for the rating otherwise I would have NOT chosen any star at all!.

I would like to know what sort of massive corruption is taking place with this Company. Customers spend their hard earned cash and there is not any assistance provided in return.

Why does this Company NOT have a General Toll Free Customer Service Contact Number?
Also, 24 Hours later (after leaving a Recorded message on an Extension) because evidently no one was available when I placed nearly a Dozen phone calls, I was told to send an email? An Email? I received a defective clothes dryer and you mean to tell me that there is Not one person available that can speak or help me with this problem?

Also, I kept being asked for the Tracking Number? For WHAT?
The Tracking # is irrelevant to a product already received!

I am highly frustrated with the senseless manner in which Customers are being treated and it seems that this Company Merax is practicing massive corruptions!

BEWARE! This Company should NOT be in Business.

I believe this would be the perfect budget desk if it weren't for the fact that multiple parts were missing from the package. I have had no luck contacting customer service to provide these parts. The package is missing the No. 10 piece and all the screws. I actually spent over 60 dollars at Ace Hardware buying new screws to make up for the ones they failed to pack, only for me to begin assembling and realizing that No. 10 was missing and it was now impossible for me to continue assembling it. I was willing to let it go that the screws were missing- I figured they must have fallen out of a hole in the package. But now, even after forking out more cash to replace these screws, I still can't put it together because a massive piece is missing. Now I'm over 200.00 dollars poorer and I don't even have a desk to show for it.

Within a year of buying a $300.00 office chair, it started leaking black/clear hydraulic liquid on our carpet. We contacted Wayfair (purchased through) and they said because it was more than one year they could not honor warranty. Suggested we contact manufacturer which we have done by telephone, email... no response. When u call u get the rudest customer service operator who tells you to email. Don't buy any office chairs made by Merax!
