“Malfunctioning”

On Dec 24,2022 surprisingly, water entered to the front light of my "LUXURY" GLE 350 2021, while I was driving in rain. Imagine you are driving a car and all the lights start malfunctioning and become defective in dark. I tried to call customer service several times, but unfortunately, no one was available. I emailed them which was responded on Jan 4,2023, advising me to disconnect the battery! Because lights stayed on the whole time that car was off! It was a nightmare for me and my family which was happening in reality specially on new year days. Long story short, after visiting 2 dealership one of them recognized that this is an emergency and concerned about the safety issue. My car is park in dealership since Jan 07,2023 waiting for parts to arrive approximately on Apr 28,2023! Moreover, the fun part is that I am paying for GLE 350 monthly and driving an A class small Mercedes without winter tire instead. That's so unfortunate to say that this days Mercedes Benz is just an ADVERTISEMENT nothing more! Be wise and think what you get for what you pay.

This car is really perfection. It is almost flying not driving a car. So smooth and everything is top notch. We are really super satisfied with this car.
German engineering is really amazing.

The maintenance and repairs recently of a nail were done quick, rented a car for a day and done...
The customer and kindness of the staff is palpable.

Right hand drive cars are poorly localized. The shift knob panel is not changed for right hand drive so the drive panel letters are behind the shift knob and cannot be seen from the driver side.

Pre-ordered a "custom built" midsize SUV from Mercedes' dealer and just got the car 2 weeks ago and already regraded.
First, their dealershipS ARE very dishonest, ordering 2 wheel drive but the car was built as 4 wheel drive but the dealership did not mention it after I drove the car home and one of my neighbors pointed out that I said I ordered a 2 wheel drive but my car is All wheel drive. So I called the sales person and he said there's nothing they can do even if they made mistakes. The settings are not as easy and customizable as BMW and dashcam. The error appears and stops recording every 10-30 minutes and they refused to answer any questions to resolve the matter, also refused to keep what they promised before purchasing. Also I found out Mercedes' dealership won't come or send a valet to pick up and drop off your car when service is needed or issues occur with the car. Why do people pay for luxury not only for the car itself but also for saving time as well. Sounds stupid and felt like I was tricked. Even LEXUS would pick up and drop off your car from your home for any reason. No wonder why BMW sold more cars.

The most beautiful cars but the service is a nightmare. The brakes are thousands of dollars are the mechanics are rude. Getting a Mercedes is great till the maintenance

Mercedes has all you can look for in an automobile. I can't think of a Mercedes brand I know that isn't beautiful. From the revvings to the balance and obviously the looks. It is an awesomem choice to make.

Simply breathtaking. I believe before purchasing a high-end luxury car you must be aware and well-grounded about its high maintenance cost. Asides that this is a masterclass.

Based on my research and the first contact with my sales agent, David Colbert, at Star Motors in Houston, TX, I I decided to order a new Mercedes Benz. David was honest, did everything to help me get the best price and did not try to upsell or sell things I didn't want/need. Very low key and a fun experience. I love my new MB AMG

Total eye candy this one... andvit doesnt matter which one you buy, they are hot rt now. The only problem is constan5 maintenance which sucks.

We are very disappointed about having a GLC 300 2016. It's at 91,500m. The check engine light just went on. There's no power or boost when pressing the accelerator. We took the vehicle to an authorized Mercedes repair shop and they said an error code led them to diagnosing a bad turbo waste gate (vacuum solenoid) which they said is internal to the turbo and cannot be replaced or repaired without replacing the entire turbo with a new one. The total repair plus tuning the new turbo will cost a crazy staggering amount of approximately $7000!

We bet JP cars won't have this kind of problem at this mileage. Comparing with Japanese cars, MB seams a trash.

We'd like to know, for this model at this mileage, if the problem we're having is common.

The garage people told us that the maker redesigned the turbo to avoid what we were facing. Sounds like the old turbo was a factory defect. And there was NO recall in it! This is BAD!

I took a new car in Lessing from them and what do you think after two weeks the engine fell another 14 thousand euros damage
