They forget the basics- we want the News, fair and independent, NOT your Opinions. They cannot even give DeSantis credit for all the good he has brought to this amazing state, they just c a n ' t. After 22 years of being interested in what they report, being a fan, I'm done with them. I realize it's no longer reporting, it's their personal views.

There online service is terrible. Don't fall for the bargain introductory rate. Don't subscribe, run as fast as you can from this paper. They are terrible.

If you do subscribe, you will find them unresponsive, unhelpful, unuseful and unsympathetic. They do not care that you are paying them.

They treat it as if it is a privilege for you to talk to them instead of they should be happy that you are using their service.

Their perspective is backwards and not customer friendly.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE Best advice ever!

Tip for consumers:
That their customer service is poor and difficult to access.

Try getting through on their call directory.
Largely unresearched "so called" journalism. Trash!

DO NOT EVERY, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, subscribe to this newspaper! I ONLY subscribed because my son worked here - I DON'T EVEN LIVE in miami! When my son left to work elsewhere they autorenewed me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and they're CONSTANTLY calling me and harrassing me for a $35 subscription that I will NEVER EVER pay! I kept telling them this OVER and OVER every time they called me and they didn't care. I called customer service and some company in INDIA answered and talked to some guy that could care LESS and he basically told me I neeeded to poay the bill. I told him what to do with the bill. They're basically running a SCAM here, this is NOT a real newspaper anymore - STAY AWAY at all costs! Do not get SUCKED in by this sham of a company!

NEVER SIGN UP FOR THEIR DELIVERY! IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT. Since I cannot contact one of your customers service agents this will have to do. About 8 months ago I was leaving Publix on university when a Miami Herald sales men approached me. He was try to sell me a subscription. I dont really read newspapers but, since my in-laws where coming to spend 6 months with us I decided to sign up to the prepaid plan for Sunday newspaper only (6 month subscription). I asked the sales man multiple times and he guaranteed me that at the end of the subscription all charges would me stopped and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Once its over its over he said. Since my subscription has ended, I have received a call from their sales center every other day. I have pleaded and asked multiple times for them to stop the calls that I was not interested in renewing the contract. I have asked them to place me on a do not call list. I have asked to be removed from their call list, but when I say so they hang up on me. Today may 17th 2017 I have received a collection notice for 28.59 dollars. There is no information of when this supposed request of delivery was made. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME I HAD A BALANCE DUE (which I don't) ALL THEY DID WAS CALL ME TO RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION. So if you value your sanity and credit score don't ever subscribe to this newspaper. Pass this massage
