I ordered a collared shirt for $35. When it arrived, I saw that it had an outrageously enlarged collar. The deformity is almost cartoonishly bad. I emailed to ask for a refund, saying that the product was obviously not what was advertised. They responded and told me that it was "almost 95% as the description of our store", so therefore they wouldn't give me a refund. The shirt is unwearable. Do not shop at this company unless you want clown clothes.

Ordered a black shirt and a brown one came. When I tried asking for a return, their site was down for over a week. When the site came up, their customer service was less than helpful. They would not admit the mistake and were not willing to give a refund. The shirt is made in Vietnam and there is no label stating the fabric. There are also fake reviews on the site--no way to add another review. Recommend staying away from this company!

Merchandise on website does not represent what you get. I ordered 4 pieces and ALL are very poor quality as compared to what is pictured. Waste of money.

I ordered a German shorthaired pointer hoodie and does not look like on web page! Photo distorted, sewing is poor and they state soft fabric... NOT the case! It's nylon!
Their customer service will not give money back and will not take product back and after sending photos to them, they said they sent correct product and nothing is wrong with it! Who sews a sleeve cuff half bunched and half smooth!
DO NOT order from them! You won't get anywhere! No money back even though their site states half a refund for defective product. You won't see that money ever again!

I work in customer service so when a customer is dissatisfied with a product, we return it!
I have been fighting for a refund for over a week or so. They do not budge! But they are willing to give 30% off a new product you order from them. Oh please! What makes you think I'm going to buy again when your product sucks in the first place!
Buyer beware! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I would have never ordered from them in the first place.

This company is extremely difficult to work with. Their product descriptions are vaque qnd when writing to them for clarification, it was as if a bot was responding giving the identical vague description. After waiting a month for the item, the wrong one was sent. I have responded to every email they have sent requesting the exact same information over and over again. I truly believe that this company is operated by bots and they are stuck in a ridiculous loop. I am getting no where with them. I spent a fair amount of money and have nothing to show for it with no hope of getting the correct product that I ordered or a refund. Steer clear. There are too many reputable companies out there to risk doing business with this one.

This is obviously a knockoff company oversees. The shirt came in the wrong size and then they blamed me and wouldn't accept a return. Avoid this company

Upon receiving shirts...didn't fit! They did not give a invoice & return instruction!
