Mike is great, I have worked with him twice now over a 6 year period. He has helped us buy two homes. He is very knowledgeable of the market and helps you to make the best decisions, financially and for your family. He is also familiar with the rental market and helped us make decisions about a house we were turning into a rental. He put us in contact with contractors and other servicemen to do projects on our homes as well.

Mike and his staff take care of the all the details. I never met Mike until after purchasing my house since I was 1000 miles away. He made me feel comfortable since day one. After the purchase he continued to help me by getting in touch with local utilities for uninterrupted service. Also suggested contractors that he had confidence in to do upgrades to our house. My experience with Michael Edgar was outstanding. I was buying from out of state and Michael handled ever little detail for us with sellers, title company and loan processor. Michael knew the area very well and always made himself available to my family. My family will definitely be doing future business as well as recommending him to family and friends making the move to Boise area.

We contacted Mike to help us buy a home in the Boise area. We moved from Utah, so we didn't know the area at all. We had a short time frame and really only one day to look at houses. He worked with us before our house hunting trip to figure what we were looking for. When we arrived, he showed us 20+ houses in one day! He explained the different areas and the great things about Boise as we drove around to the houses. Once we put the offer in on the house we wanted, he was very quick in communicating what needed to happen. All in all, he did what needed to get done to make sure we could move into the new house when we needed to. He made a very stressful process much easier.

We trusted Michael - and we were not disappointed. I found Michael from a Radio commercial in So Cal. Mike has a subtle way he goes about letting me know that he knows what we need to stay focused on. He is very confident at what he does which helped us make a good decision. He is a tell it how it is kind a guy. He was very personable with us which made us feel like we knew him for longer than we did. He was always available to us for ALL the stupid little questions. He was also patient with us through the year or more process.

Beware of this fraud. She will steal your identity and she always seems be on drugs, very unusual person. She needs to stop scamming people.

Michael is a pro. He knows the local market but can also relate to the out of towner relocating because he was that once upon a time. He was gracious to spend time showing out of towners key points around town, so he is not just interested in showing you house x y and z. He is responsive to questions and knows the real estate process. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Mike by a family friend. He had to do triple communication between, sending messages and responses to my father, my wife, and me. He handled it with grace. Thanks so much for all your hard work with helping us buy a new home.

Mike was always down to earth and honest with us. He knew a lot about the market and the local construction and was able to answer any questions we had. "I was in the area in May of 2015. Drove up from Ca. Sadly my truck broke down so I was stuck at the Hotel.

Mike picked me up early the next day so I would not have to sit around.

Looked at several homes, sadly the homes I liked from websites were sold before I got there.

Mike knew my price range, so we looked at homes that fit. Several new homes, some existing

We narrowed it down to 2 homes 1 built in 2008 (needed paint) and a newer 1 (2013). Needs landscaping and fencing.
The 2008 home fit my needs better, but it was 6 years older.

Mike and I talked and he though the newer home was a better value. So I ended up buying that one.
Now Mike is keeping an eye on the place for me until I move in in late Marc"

Michael was very personable and really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted in a home. This was our first time looking at houses and purchasing a home and he worked with us every step of the way. We didn't feel like he was pushy at all and didn't rush us into making any decisions we weren't ready for. Since we were new to the area, it was nice to have someone really take the time to explain and show us homes in good neighborhoods. It really felt like it was all tailored just to us.

We are exploring where we would like to retire and decided that we might want to check out the Boise area as an option in the near future. We contacted Michael who responded quite quickly to my request. I told him what our ideas were in regards to retirement and scoping out different areas. He told us if ever wanted to come to Boise to let him know and he would give us a tour of the city and the surrounding areas to the city so we could get a lay of the land. The term he used, "So that you can narrow down the area where you might want to plant your flag." We met with him in Oct of 2015 and we could not have had a better experience! He picked us up at our hotel and took us around for 2 days! First day was the tour of the city and surrounding are of the city and to look at a few houses I had seen on Zillow. After ascertaining what we were really looking for, he set up homes for the second day to look at in areas that were of interest to us. He NAILED IT! The homes we looked at were gorgeous and exactly the types of homes that would c be of interest to us. We will not be moving for the next few years, but in our opinion if we decide to "plant that flag" in Boise, we will not use anyone other then Michael. No pressure, straight facts, he listens to what you are saying and really hears you. Not to mention he is a very pleasant gentleman. Both my husband and I were very impressed. Even though we are not ready to buy yet, I would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone considering the Boise, ID area. You cannot lose.
