Michaelson Group has been my work home for over 9 yrs now. I will say that working for this company and watching it grow has been very rewarding and to be a part of this is so delightful. Mike Moses is not your typical CEO! He has an open door policy and anytime you go to the corporate office he will always speak and you are always welcome to speak to him. The accounts are great and the CFO Alfonso is the BEST. The only negative thing I can say is the holidays we get off. The Regionals are very close with their managers and when a position becomes available they will always try to promote within first. They offer one on one training and online training. They also have a huge end of the year awards ceremony where all of the regions (Tampa, Orlando, and Texas) are invited to Jacksonville to attend and this is where many people are recognized for their outstanding job. Now, tell me what other companies will pay for you to come to their corporate event out of town? Michaelson Group is a great company to work for... hands down!
