Great support and very friendly. Fixed my HP printer problem in less than an hour. And Happy With the Services
These people tried to scam me out of money after I contacted Brothers for printer problems. They asked for 200.00 for 3 years support. My problem was never resolved even tho they took 6 hours. It was Microsoft head office in Washington who told me about this scamming company. Thank you Microsoft for alerting me to this company and saving me my monies.

Claimed I had been hacked by the Chinese and offered a $1200 firewall package. The problem was an 18 year old printer no longer supported by the latest Windows 10 upgrade.

This company is NOT Microsoft. He says he is Microsoft but he is not! Giant scam! I was ripped of on a bootleg Office 2016 software package. $280.00. The software does not properly work and has not since "William" installed it. William is the Owner and head thief.
I called to get the software fixed and or a refund and William deleted 4 years of my Business E-mail! I received no refund, am permanently harmed by Williams actions and advise everyone to steer clear at all costs as it is just ANOTHER Asian Indian computer rip off. Feel free to call me if you need any more details or have had a similar experience.*******225.

From: Computer Repair Company Owner. This company is a scam. No affiliation to Microsoft and they use phony names and credentials and I'm fairly confident the good reviews on this site are phony. If you gave them access to your computer, have it checked at a repair shop for malware
Sam addressed my issues quickly and responsively. I am accustomed to working with James Scott but he was unavailable. I appreciate Sam's ability to address the issues I called about.
Thank you.
First, I posted a review on these people last year and it was not posted. This is a scam with a Comcast employee. I was transferred to this site by a Comcast employee that was in another country. After all of this happened I called Comcast and they stated they would not do this so it is a scam with someone being paid a kickback. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Comcast lodging a complaint with all of the information i had on this company. I had to pay someone $85.00 to remove everything they did. They were in my computer for over an hour and it took my guy 5 minutes to fix and they showed me how to fix this on my own. I filed a police report. I received a phone call from there collection agency yesterday stated I owed them $295.00. I will not be paying this. When I had originally spoken to them, the second guy was rude to me when I questioned him about a few things. I should have checked first as well but when a Comcast employee transfers you and you think you are still dealing with Comcast you just assume they are until they hit you with the fees and want a check, a check! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS..
We called what we thought was support for our Brother printer because it wasn't printing properly. We were told that we'd been hacked, that the black inkjet function of our printer had been "suspended" - along with various functions of our computer - in the process, that they would fix everything, install a firewall to protect against future hacks, and that we needed to send them a Check (they do not accept credit cards) for $1249. 00. The printer seemed to be working OK.
The next day, the printer Wasn't working OK, so we called someone we trust: Tiger Custom Computers, and they Did fix everything, removed the Malware that MIC had installed - among other things - and the charge was all of $125.00. The computer and the printer are running great and I am So glad I didn't send off almost $1300 to these fraudsters!
Great support and very friendly. Fixed my HP printer problem in less than an hour. And Happy With the Services
I was so confused when I called for help! After speaking with John, Sam and David, I am confident I will be once again able to use my pc without fear of unacceptable intrusion. Thank You to all of you for your great service! I worked with each individual as we progressed through the quirks of identifying and clearing my pc issues - which there were many of!
I contacted on 6-1-2020 What I thought to be Canon Helpdesk Toll Free # *******777 and spoke to James Scott X-104 regarding a printing error on my Canon printer. He came onto my computer and informed me that I had numerous virus's that required them fix plus buy some new ink cartridges. The technician (James Scott) told me the various prices for a one year plan - three year plan - five year plan and a lifetime plan. He originally stated the lifetime plan was $350 but would reduce it to $299.99 because I was a senior. He came onto my computer
For almost one hour and added about 6 different programs. When he finished he emailed me a bill (but prior to that explained where to send the check to ******* Douglas Rd. Suite ******* Johns Creek, GA *******) I said do I make the Check out to Canon he stated NO make it out to MIC Support - I questioned why no Canon and he stated they do repairs for Canon. Okay I said and wrote the check - I held onto the check for one day before I started to investigate the company - after reading the reviews I was very nervous so I call Best Buy and had the Geek Squad come out and undo everything they added to my computer and restore it back to 5-23-2020. Then I called the real Canon Support and asked them if they subcontractor their work to MIC Support she assured me that Canon DOES NOT subcontract any of their repair work out. I explained the lady that I had Googled Canon Helpdesk and all their logo came up with photos of various printers, faxes etc. she then informed me to type in the phone number *******777 of course it came up Tech Support Scam. She along with Geek Squad stated do not send them $299.99. I assured them I wouldn't when I called the phone number that James Scott used to call me several time on 6-1-2020 regarding things he was adding to my computer he used the number *******427 I called this number and got a technician that you write in your questions to. I wrote the above information and he asked me twice if I'd sent payment I assured him I did not and he replied "suck $#*!" I thank him for his reply and said now I can photograph your reply (which I did) and the he replied "Go ahead - $#*!" needless to say I was shocked at both of his replies. I have turned this over to the fraud unit but it seems like there is very little they can do. NEVER SEND THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE A DIME.
These guys are phonier than a $3 bill. They took me for $1,200, then had the audacity to call back and try to take me for even more (I needed an official license from MS to handle the problem). Check with Microsoft and see if you can verify whether they are officially MS certified. They kept dropping the price of their second scam. Went from $1,289 to $199. Can you imagine MS doing that? Me neither. Stay away from this scam.
Great support! Did a professional job and explained everything.
They answered all my questions.
My computer is running perfectly.
They will scare and gouge you to fix a problem that can be addressed for a fraction of the price with a legit computer repair shop. If you give them access to your computer for any length of time, then you are likely allowing them to open a back door into your personal information. If they sell you something you don't really need and then later come back to ask for more money, then it is your fault that you believed their BS reasons for not taking credit cards. Maybe the banks have black listed them. And don't be fooled by the many one-line good reviews. Those can be written by a 10-year old in an afternoon. Beware.
They pretended to be Microsoft at first. I don't know how they got that up as a search result but they did. They wanted $500 (by check!?) to clean up my computer. But after supposedly doing this, James sent me a partial copy of his (supposedly) CV, with a pic. When I googled that name and saw the same pic, I found that the "real" James Scott did work for Microsoft out of Cambridge, ENGLAND. I also found a Ted talk type thing on UTube, and he spoke with a English accent, while "my" James had a strong Indian accent while claiming to be from Canada and living in Georgia. Took my computer to a real local shop, and they said my computer was loaded with Trojans, viruses etc., and they fixed it for $173 (I think.) They may have a legit storefront business, but they've got a big scam going on the side. I realized all this quickly and so didn't send a check. I got a very nice "hey, where's our payment" email. I wrote back saying they needed to convince me I somehow got all these discoveries wrong, and I never heard from them again.
I started out by having some Microsoft Outlook problems around the 2nd of July. My computer seem to be fixed after the initial repair. Then it started running slower and slower so I called them back they asked me to pay another $799 on top of the $1225 I had paid the week prior. I declined to use their service and ask for a refund and I was told due to licensing they would not be able to issue a refund even though it states if you request a refund within 30 day. I have contacted the local law enforcement in Georgia and Better Business Bureau. To this day I have not received any refund but I will not be giving up until I get all of my money back. Do not use their services it is nothing but a damn scam.
