“Dumb, really dumb CSR”

I could not get them to order replacement parts for my a/c after 2 phone calls an email they ignored and 3 more emails with devi. Parma. I had model #, not enough, need serial #, called with serial number, guy on phone said my model # didn't exist, Sent email with both #s, 2+ weeks later, no reply. Then had series of emails with devi. Parma, she would not send me the parts without a receipt, I have no receipt at this point. I pleaded for her to pleas put me thru to someone who could just sell me what I need. No go. Searched net for alternate supplier and Appliance Factory Parts was kind enough to send me what I needed, no questions asked, no trouble.
