I placed an order on November 27th and I have not received anything yet. I emailed the company 4 times and each time I received the exact same generated message from 4 different people, that told me nothing about my order. When I asked about a refund, I was met with the statement that they don't give refunds. They don't give customers their order either apparently. I will never order from this company again nor will I be purchasing anything from the stores from the Mielle Organics line.

I did an order Nov 22 I still have not received my order! I've emailed over and over for a refund and they keep giving me the run around! I heard give them 2-3 business days to figure out a solution to my problem since Dec 17! I would say don't order from them they don't send out your products and they keep your money! Beware they are a SCAM! Would give less than 1 star but I can't go lower!

I placed an order in November and had not received them. I repeatedly asked for a refund and kept getting bots with generic response. Finally on January 19th I received an email from a Heather stating I would receive a refund with 5-7 days. When refund was not received, I inquired again and got another bot response. Well some of products finally arrived February 6th, but I don't want them anymore. I refuse to patronize this company any further. Prayerfully, I will receive my money back for the products I had not received.

Dollar General is now selling Mielle products. That'll put a stop to shipping issues. What products I've tried works great.

I ordered products on November 24,2023. Still can't track my package. This is why I don't support to many black businesses customer service won't even email you back or pick up the phone. Disappointed I will never order again..

I ordered my items and spent about 40 dollars on items. I contact after 15 days and they stated due to high volume it takes awhile. Poor communication and shipping was the first issue, so after I contacted them regarding this issue. They stated like the shipped the item which I never recieve and the sad part when it stated I supposedly was shipped. I have cameras on my home no delivery or ever received my item on my porch. I called same day text and etc they ignored my calls and I kept reporting and calling until someone told me to wait 5 days before a case can be made I did so and was back on contacting them so the finally did a case and stated it will take 14 days guess what it's over a month and I called and sent messages since the 14 days was due for information regarding my package or money. Now today they going to lie and say UPS was trying to contact me which was a lie because I contacted them too with the tracking number and spoke to several supervisor with same response they have no tracking to my order, so I contact them now they stating they will not replace or refund me my money so I advise anyone please no longer buy anything from them especially ordering from there app you will not get your package they will play around with your money and product and come up with some lie or excuse like I told the lady it's my money and not yours and I will never support this company or have my family continue to buy from this sad company

I brought it use it leaves a not very pleasant scent. Everyone complained about it being sour n smelling so bad I like the scent but the public doesn't. I stopped using it for this reason I will not buy again.

Tip for consumers:
Use if I like the mint fragrance I used it n it left a not so pleasant scent after I used it. I won't be buying it again I leaves hair soft n smelling not very good.

I work in tech-support and deal with upset customers day in and day out. I know what good customer services because I provided it every day. The company I work for actually cares about the customers and treats them respectfully. Milelle does not do any of that. Their customer service is awful. They do not support the products. If they are defective you cannot return some items come broken and you don't get a refund I mean this is genuinely a terrible company to work with.

I ordered 5 items on November 24,2023. I received one and they other 4 were never shipped. I first contacted Mielle on December 30th about a refund since I never received any shipping notification. The seller replied on January 4,2024 asking me to wait 5-7 business days after they decide for my refund to be received. I find this reply confusing because I don't know how long it takes them to decide or why a decision is needed for items they never shipped. January 12th marked 7 B. Days and still no refund posted. I no longer want these items and their customer service sucks. They are not helpful and are quick to give you these robotic responses. I have reported them to PayPal.

Tip for consumers:
They don't like to refund and that's not ok. No communication about delays and backorders. They will let you wait for months while keeping your money.

I placed an order on November 24th 2023 and today is now January 13,2024 and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out to the company sever time via email only to get the same robo response. I tried calling and after being on hold I get hung up on. I have left messages and I have not gotten a response. This will be my last time purchasing with this company.

Tip for consumers:
If this company can’t handle the amount of customers during their $7 sale they should not offer the discount.

I ordered product from web site for black Friday sale. Package arrived wet and box torn up. My product leaked out. I sent a message and pictures to customer service, they said they will resend product. I've sent multiple emails letting them know I never recieved my package, I went back and forth with customer service for about 2 months. The last time I contacted them they said they are out of the product and I will get a refund. I still have not received my refund. This company took my money and did not deliver!

I did not receive my product or refund. My experience was horrible

I purchased products from the Mongogo line. I used the products one time it caused burns on my scalp, leaving sores, and bare patches where the product made my hair fall out.

The worst part was when I contacted Customer Service they asked me for ridiculous amounts of information photos of the products which they had just sent to me photos of the lot codes and then they asked me to email them in writing the lot code and they asked me for photos of my scalp photos of my hair After exchanging about 20 emails with them I got an email stating that they would review my request for a refund. I'm happy to send the products back but apparently this company does not stand behind their products and very disappointed and although I try to support small businesses. This will be a company. I will never purchase anything from again and I suggest you don't either as their customer service is sorely lacking, and they do not appear to be accompany that stands behind their products

I placed my order on 11/25, and here we are 12/13 and my order status say "unfulfilled ", my order was paid in full! I was going to put products in a Christmas basked I am making for a gift, and it is very disappointing not to even know when the products will be here. And I find it crazy that orders can not be canceled. Smh!
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
PS. I placed several orders on the same date to different sites and I received every last one except for this one.

Don't do it, don't do it, don't you do it. I ordered 12 days ago and the stuff hasn't even shipped. They do not give a processing time on their site or when you order. After multiple e-mails I finally got a response saying the processing time is 10 - 15 days due to them having high volume. I planned on ordering some skin care items but I won't be. Also, they have a no-cancellation policy. You can NOT cancel an order.

I have ordered twice during their Black Friday sales. In 2022 they sent me products that I did not order. This past year they did not even bother to send any of the products or send me an invoice they did however charge my credit card. Customer service is a joke. Will not order from again.

I never had these problems with Camille Rose...

Tip for consumers:
Rotten company. Being bought out has not helped them with logistics.

Order product a month ago only to receive a portion of it. Reached out to customer service for a refund after never receiving the product and was told they don't do refunds even though I don't have the product! I should have stayed away from this business long ago when I saw the owner arguing in the comment section with a review on YouTube. If the head is sick, the body is sure to follow, ie customer service.

I would not recommend this Miele Organic products or the brand. Ghetto

Ordering from Mielle "Organics" is like ordering from Wish and having Jim Carrey from Ace Ventura pack your orders. If packages arrive, it's 2 months later with items missing and leaking. Missing items took another month. To apologize for the massive delay and terrible customer service they sent out codes to compensate. Either the codes didn't work or again customers didn't get their items. They don't answer their phone calls,voicemails or emails. If you do get through to someone they are useless or rude. They know it, that's why they turned off their customer service rating option.

If you really like their products, or want to try them— they sell them at family dollar, general dollar, target, Marshall's, Burlington coat factory. I purchased one on clearance at Marshalls. Looking over the ingredients and quality of the product— I understand why it was on clearance. If you order online, make sure your bank is really good at handling scams before hand, so you can get your refund if needed.

Are they really great products? No. A lot of them contain chemicals, silicones, parabens, drying alcohols that are bad for any hair type. Please do your research. There are many helpful websites and apps that allow you to quickly input or scan products and ingredients and let you know what is bad and why it's bad for your hair, regardless of your hair type.

Did you want to support a small black business? Yeah, me too. Type in the hair/skin products you're looking for on social media, Etsy, and ebay. There are sooo many small businesses that have better and actual organic products. Even if they are located on the other side of the world—their turn around time is still faster than Mielle Organics.
( Which is not at all organic, at all.)

I would rate this company zero stars, but that's not an option. I hope someone sees this review or any of the comments on social media they try to hide and helps prevent someone from this headache.
I've included two photos. One photo is of the order I never received and one is of my order placed in November of 2023. The ship date says a month later in December. I didn't receive this order till January, with products missing. I did get one more conditioner ordered in November in February, but honestly Mielle Organics still scammed me out of over $50.00 worth of products. Which is nothing to the people I see commenting on Facebook and Instagram.

Tip for consumers:
Please take some Advil or Tylenol when choosing to buy from the Mielle Organics website.

I tried various from their different collections. The leave in conditioner smells great but it’s terrible for my wavy hair so I know the ingredients used are terrible for anyone with curly hair. I tried the shampoo but the bottle was not sealed properly and leaked everywhere so I was only able to get 2.5 washes out of it.

I ordered from Mielle during the Black Friday sale, I literally got the package damaged the contents of my pomegranate and other items spilled in the box. I reached out to the email for damages and didn't hear anything I sent another email and didn't hear anything again. The next thing I knew it said I had a package on the way and I'm like cool. The package only shipped partially I reached out to show why I got in the order and some Jazsmin H messaged me saying the other order was closed and everything was included in the package I got, but I keep telling her and showing with photos my particular product I've been wanting to try never came. It's a back and forth match trying to make sure I got what I actually ordered so I'll be getting my products in store where I don't have to pay for shipping, I can make sure the products aren't damaged and I actually receive them.

The company had a $7 per item sell. In one of my orders I received the wrong items and I've been waiting forever to receive my second $84 order. I'm still waiting on a response from their customer service email box.

I also found out this company is not minority owned as advertised.

We like some of the products.Order 75 worth of product that was on sale on 11/20.Still no order.these were partly Christmas gifts. For 3 weeks not one update.I emailed over 5 times and called to leave messages 3 times.No responses.Finally after filling out their contact form on their site they responded with a generic apology and no real quick solution accept I should get shipping confirmation this was a week ago and still nothing.I asked to cancel it 3 times in in a week and they ignore my requests saying its still processing and no return /refund policy.Well its not a return if you never get it.Then in email said 10-15 more days.Its already been a month.Never ordering from them again BIG mistake.

I'm sorry that I have to write this review but I'm so upset! Not only do they never answer the phone but I made 5 orders from may 20 2022 and after and today is June 6 and I have not received any of them or it has even been processed! And they keep sending me same messages to wait up to 14 days!. It's been over that! And you can't even cancel or get your money back? What kind of bs is that! Still trying to get some to help me today! I don't recommend this company! Will never order from them again!

I ordered nov 24th, I sent an email last week for an update they never responded, I spoke with a representative today stating in 11 days it will be a month. I haven't received no update when my stuff will be shipped. This poor buissness matters.

Placed an order was unable to add promo code. Customer service says they can't cancel or modify and order. Mielle doesn't allow returns or refunds, so you're stuck with there products.

They had a big sale not to long ago. My daughter was exited about this sale. She order several things. We received an email saying that the package was delivered when we came home and we looked for the package. The package was never here. I called the company I believe I left about 10 messages for somebody to return my phone call I sent several emails and nobody ever contacted me through phone nor email finally three weeks later I get an email and it says that I would get a refund back for not receiving my products. This is very frustrating when nobody calls you back. Then to get an email just saying we will send you refund. Very very unprofessional!
