The CCS team are very proactive until you pay them the money but once you pay them the money the communication goes down to 0

So, I completed my course (in Aug 2022) and my tutor was 'Sujith'. You see, I am based outside of India (in Europe) and I chose to attend a batch in IST time Zone which I made it work to fit around my work/family/social life and I am glad I did.

In comparison to my 'home' / Time Zone based run companies who have similar set up, I can say you should use Mindmajix because they are the best so far in my experience as a student.

I took IBM BPM training recently. I can say MindMajix is the best institute for this training. Each and every concept explained very clearly. I cleared my certification as well. Thank you MindMajix.

I purchased a course from them, which was supposed to include access to an LMS + live "Python Training Content" on November. The LMS turned out to be non-existent, with no structure, content description, or anything. The videos were unlistenable. After discovering this, I requested a refund on November 22, which they assured me would be processed within 7 days. It never happened.

The content is not as described and their conduct is fraudulent. Contrary to their assertions, I have not received the refund they claimed to have initiated over a month ago. The bank just informed me that Mindmajix is refusing the refund, despite having an email from them promising a refund within 7 days. Now it's December 29th... and they have just denied my refund request. What a way to start the New Year...

The conclusion to be drawn is obvious, and I need not elaborate further.

Rather than with Mindmajix, spend the money you intended to invest on something that will truly bring you happiness, or on making others happy.

I have successfully completed my Microsoft Intune training from Mindmajix.

I bought a self-paced course with them for Power Automate. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, I couldn't;t follow along with the training because it required access to products that wasn't provided with the training. I tried to request a refund the same day and no one responded for three days. After finally talking to someone they refused to refund me stating since it was self paced I had full access to the course and couldn't refund. It was only when I said I was going to contact my bank and dispute the case they offered a refund. That was two weeks ago. As today, they never refunded and I am now contacting my back to ensure they're informed of their fraudulent activities. SAVE YOUR MONEY and DON'T use MINDMAJIX!

If you want to start any online course through Mindmajix then please think or I would say don't even think of choosing them. My experience has been worse. I had started online course and paid them the money after clearing all my doubts and their big promises of preparing me for interviews and trainer would guide me with resume preparation everything else as I was shifting to completely diif domain after having 10 years of exp. After 20 days of the training Sirisha the only person who would coordinate with you through out at least it was in my case told me that the trainer is no more available and they do not have any back up trainer so they will have to stop the training. They jeopardized my whole training program by stopping it even before I could finish half of the training. No other online platform gives you çustomised training as per your requirement as I was about to finish one module of Fusion HCM and I could only start the training all over again after waiting 20 days. They wasted my two months as I had to start the training all over again. Also, after making the payment Sirisha never used to respond, I had to literally remind them every day to upload the videos and not exaggerating it all. They are extremely unprofessional and I am not even a fresher did lot of brain storming before going through Mindmajix, point is if this can happen with someone who has exp then I feel it can happen with anyone. They are frauds and then they took 20 days to return my money after lot of follow up. They will not even start the training without you making the payment, not even demo sessions they provide at least it was not the case with me. Please be careful or else you will end up wasting time and money both

I'm learning Python with Selenium with Mindmajix. I agree its bit hard to reach out to the admins at mindmajix but the instructor Srini is very good. My classes are still in progress. I will update once my course is completed.
